Bakalářská práce se zabývá leadershipem ve společnosti Ferospoj s.r.o. Cílem práce je analyzovat řízení zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení této oblasti. K analýze managementu se používá dotazníková metoda a rozhovor s vedoucím celé společnosti. Kvalita firem je založena na správné volbě stylu řízení, díky kterému zaměstnanci podávají lepší výkon. Pro analýzu managementu byl použit dotazník, který zaměstnanci vyplnili ve dvou obdobích. Na základě výsledků analýzy dat z prvního měření jsou navrženy kroky ke změně stylu vedení, které vedou k rozvoji firmy. Druhé měření dat bylo použito k identifikaci účinnosti změny. Nakonec byly porovnány výsledky společnosti za období před a po. The thesis deals with leadership in the company Ferospoj s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the management of employees in the selected company and to propose measures to improve this area. A questionnaire method and an interview with the head of the entire company are used to analyze the management. The quality of companies is based on the right choice of management style, thanks to which employees perform better. A questionnaire that employees completed in two periods was used for management analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of data from the first measurement, steps are proposed to change the leadership style, which lead to the development of the company. The second data measurement was used to identify the effectiveness of the change. Finally, the company's results for the period before and after were compared.
