Název: Výzkum spokojenosti fanoušků vybraného fotbalového klubu Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaká je spokojenost a loajalita fanoušků fotbalového klubu Sparta Praha, a následně rozdělit fanoušky do segmentů podle věkových kategorií. Praktickou implikací je potom zjistit, co je pro tyto segmenty důležité, aby klub mohl předcházet jejich nespokojenosti, popř. zajistit jejich spokojenost. Metody: Pro získání relevantních dat byl využit kvantitativní výzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Dotazování probíhalo elektronickou formou. Výsledky: Z provedeného výzkumu a jeho výsledků vyplívá, že jednotlivé segmenty klubu mají v určitých oblastech rezervy, které se dají využít pro zlepšení. The practical implication is then to find out what is important for these segments, so that the club can prevent their dissatisfaction, or to ensure their satisfaction. Methods: Quantitative research through a questionnaire was used to obtain relevant data. The survey took place electronically. Results: From the conducted research and its results, it appears that individual segments of the club have reserves in certain areas that can be used for improvement.
