Evaluation of the cross-section of the weld MAG methods

This thesis focuses on the design of welding parameters and subsequently evaluates profile of the weld that is welded by the MAG method. On the basis of the literature study on arc welding v protective atmospheres, a 1 mm diameter welding was designed according to OK AristoRod 12.50 catalogue and chemical composition corresponding to G3Sil. A 4 mm thick steel sheet made from ČSN 11 375 steel was welded and the welding was conducted in protective atmosphere M21, which equals a mixture of Ar + 8% CO2. Welding was conducted using two types of an arch, impulse and short-circuit, and the source was Aristo Mig U5000i. Final mechanical properties and chemical composition of the weld is included in the attachment, where we can find the inspection certificate 3.1.

Consisting of boiler house design from concept design suitable heat source to design components necessary for the proper functionality of the boiler house. Part of thesis is compilation of a functional diagram and design of possible solutions.
Gasification of hammer-milled chipboard

This Master Thesis is about the Gasification of hammer-milled chipboard. The opening part is about general theory of bio-mass gasification and the gasification machines. Next there is a chapter about the products which are included in the gas after gasification and the methods, how to remove them from the gas. This thesis is about gasification legislative acts and novels too. The main body of the thesis is about the experimental gasification in Biofluid 100 machine. This machine is located in the Fakulty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno. There were the samples of gases and tars collected during the gasification. From this samples was made the analysis. Then the mass content BTEX, n-alkans and PAHs.According the process of experiments was set the procedure of gasification. Finally there was a evaluation of the chipboard gasification made.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is design of heating system and warm water preparation of apartment building. The project consists of calculating heat losses, heat transfer surfaces designing, dimenzioning of pipes and designing of heat source for heating and warm water. The heat source is gas condensing boiler. Warm water in DHW cylinder is heated by heating water from boilers. The aim of theoretical part consist of gas condensing boiler.
