Literature Review on methods for increases geometrics error in maschine tools
Čep, David ; Michalíček, Michal (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is Literature review on methods for increases geometric errors in machine tools. The first part lists the most used geometric tests. Measuring instruments used for these tests are described in the second part. The next part is devoted to the mathematic models.
A new Variant of the Technology Components of the Valve Body
Kouřil, Vít ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis compares two technology variants of production on the inner part recess of the valve body type S43. This is a closing forged valve for power. The work analyses and displays structural design of the slide. After presenting existing technology of inner recess new technology is described in the thesis. The comparison was made with respect to machinery companies Armaturka Vranová Lhota, Inc. Assessment of better technology is described in the technical-economic evaluation at the end of thesis.
Machine tools safety
Smetana, Štěpán ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This Master’s thesis concerns about the safety of machinery, in the literary research part you can find information about the law system and requirements of European Union and Czech Republic. There is a description of the legal enactments, which the manufacturers of machinery needs to follow. Second part of this thesis is about the safety of a milling center. The milling center is analyzed here, you can find here the description of its components. The milling center was then described with the help of block diagrams. For each component from the block diagram you can find here a list of dangerous situations which can occur and also a list of safety precautions for each situation. Based on these information the list of requirements for the milling center was made.
Control of special purpose machine tool
Plocek, Jaroslav ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
The master thesis treats the design of control system of special purpose machine tool. The first part analyzes and compares two possible variants of control system which use either a CNC control system Sinumerik or motion control system Simotion. Only the variant with the Simotion control system is subsequently examined in detail: its hardware configuration, the selection of components and partly also the software solution. The thesis further deals with the safety of the realized control system and of the whole machine. There are described general safety requirements of machinery based on harmonized European standards and their specific application in the design of safety functions and the safety circuits of solved machine tool.
Support systems (frames, stands) in modern machine tool design
Horák, Jiří ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis has a character of recherche, and it is focused on a description of an actual state and construction of supporting systems and frames of machine tools. This thesis deals with the construction of machine centers. It also analysis adverse effects arising from the machining, that the machine frame must withstand to maintain sufficient precision. In the thesis, there are also some basic principles for the construction of support systems. The thesis also includes a recherche describing the most common design arrangements in the creation of machine tools, as well as the author’s observations on the possible development of the problem.
Rotary clamping elements for machine tools
Čech, Michal ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis explores clamping of rotary tools of machine tools. It describes basic principles of individual machining processes. It also focuses on the divison and description of machine tools. The thesis presents the main methods of clamping tools to rotary clamping elements and methods of clamping these elements to the spindle of the machine tool. At the end of the thesis, the technical preparation of production is compiled for the selected product, consisting of the technological process and analysis of tool assemblies, using specific rotary clamping elements and tools.
SYSTEM APPROACH OF MACHINE TOOL DEVELOPMENT
Dosedla, Michal ; Demeč, Peter (referee) ; Skýpala, Milan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
The doctoral thesis deals with a position of a design process in machine tool life-cycle and with main design approaches. Main aim of the doctoral thesis is to bring System approach of machine tool development. This method follows design team experience with support by systematic methods and managing by product manager. Alongside this method respects System approach defined by Janicek. It is possible to achieve increasing of machine technical quality, reducing of final machine costs and reducing of time for machine tool creation by application of this method. System approach of machine tool development is focused on detailed outer and inner optimization of a machine structure from technical and economical point of view. This design approach is possible to apply in any production company because it is brought in intelligible way.
Milling Machine for Machining of Plastics
Frejlich, Tomáš ; Brada, Michal (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of the longitudinal and transverse feed for the milling of embedded hollow fibers of fixed size used in heat exchangers and the design of these components during milling. The work contains a brief description of the routing, basic milling division and a brief overview of the kinds of lines that are use for machine tools. It als presents an overview of fastenings for easy and quick clamping of milling, individual design variations and optimal solution. The works also includes the drawing of the components and complete set. The results of the Bachelor thesis are used for the Laboratory heat transfer and flow at University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
Description of machine tool spindles
Nohál, Libor ; Opl, Miroslav (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this thesis, called Description of Machine Tool Spindles, is research and description of spindles used as parts of machine tools. The first part is devoted to the factors influencing the construction of the spindle and to the general division of spindle types according to their construction. The second part lists specific examples of spindles made by selected manufacturers along with a detailed descriptions of the individual spindles.
Machining of parts in low series production with CNC machine application
Vaverka, Jiří ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is the choice of optimal production technology for the chosen representative. The aim of this work is to compare production on conventional machine and on NC and CNC machines. Both variants are evaluated in terms of efficiency, speed and economy of production. Outputs are based on recommended production procedures based on the number of pieces produced in the order.
