The aim of this master's thesis is to create business plan and verify its feasibility. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First part is theoretical, where all basic concepts, legal forms and structure of business plan are defined. Practical part consists of the business plan for e-shop that is offering especially wines that are made by traditional ways. Practical part consist mainly of analysis of competitors, analysis of product portfolio, marketing strategy and financial plan.

Business plan of an internet company

This diploma thesis deals with a business plan of an internet company. In the first part its main focus lies in theoretical concepts of business start with an emphasis on online marketing. All theoretical aspects from entrepreneurial characteristics through legal forms of business to formalities of a proper business plan are covered. Specific business plan is then being elaborated upon in the practical part. The company would introduce a new kind of video commercial channel via its server where visitors can win prizes which they first select. By watching the commercial, visitors will be included in a raffle. This business idea seems attractive to both the visitors as well as media buyers.
Comparison of electronic commerce in Germany and Czech Republic

This work engages in comparing selected aspects of e-commerce in Czech Republic and Germany. Its main goal is to assess the level of development of e-commerce in Czech Republic's most recent history whilst benchmarking the situation in Germany. It also aims to evaluate the key prerequisites for development of e-commerce in both countries, name future perspectives and opportunities and compare certain current aspects and trends within the industry. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical parts. In the theoretical part terms are defined, subjects and applications of e-commerce are described and its development in the past twenty years in Czech Republic is evaluated. In the analytical part the prerequisites for growth of e-commerce in both countries such as legal environments, internet penetration or ICT equipment of households and business are compared. In the concluding chapter the development and current state of e-commerce in both regions are assessed and so is the EU's attitude towards the subject.
The project of the e-shop development

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an e-shop development. The e shop foundation is described in the first part. There are discussed legal matters, websites, and the relationship with customers according to the law, distribution of goods and the payment options. In the next part there are described the ways of promotion on the internet. The third part deals with the project of the development of the e shop Tonermag.cz. There are described the steps which led to its development and also the ways of its promotion. The goal of this thesis is to sum up the steps which lead to the e shop development and to formulate the instructions how to do it.
Electronic commerce in small and medium entreprises

This bachelor thesis examines the process of establishing an internet business in the Czech Republic, focusing on all the components of an e-shop from the initial setting goals through the acquisition of a trade license to making the e-shop available to users. Further, the work describes how to promote the e-shop effectively and what complications may arise during the real operation. Practical work analyzes a running e-shop www.gastrocom.cz.
E-Commerce in small and medium enterprises

The name of the thesis is E-commerce in small and medium enterprises. For its needs were gathered primary and secondary data. For the thesis were set targets and hypothese, which were met a target and answered with the aid of these data. Primary data were very important for the literature search and the comparison of e-commerce in the Czech republic and the other countries, mostly in EU, data for the comparing were gathered from Eurostat and another specialized institutions. The most important data source was the questionnaire research different bussines entities in the Czech republic. Questions were focused on the past, present and future and gave answer on the development in the past and the posibility of future trends in this branch. Primary data from the questionnaire research were also used for the practical aplication of e-commerce, when was the prospectus of a new internet store created , which will sell golden and silver coins.

Models and methods for network economies

The goal is to create a summary of models and methods for network economies including network structure, a dynamic and uncertain environment, factors more criteria in the network economy. Deeper deal with graph theory, networks and supply networks. Part of this work is the analytical part, where the patterns and using them I find the position of nodes in the network data from Lidé.cz and eBay. I demonstrate the models and calculations.
