Master’s thesis addresses the design and implementation documentation of the three storey bus station in the Czech Krumlov Street Hospital . From this street is also suggested links to the transport infrastructure of the entire plot of land at 497/1 . Object Bus Station is located on the western part of the site . The main entrance is oriented to the southeast side of the building. The main hall on the first floor is primarily used for passengers. There is a waiting room , treasury , information and Internet room. Further, the circuit layout is 7 retail space with a pharmacy for dispensing drugs. The left wing spaces are public toilets and sanitary facilities for employees. There is also a buffet with 30 seats . The second floor space small cafe with a terrace where you can view the historical part of the city . Furthermore, the time of day or a rest room for drivers and office spaces with sanitary facilities . On the third floor are offices spaces again and archives there is also a ventilation machine room and a sprinkler system.

The bachelor´s thesis is processed on single-family house with an establishment. This work deals with designing an appropriate layout, design and architectual solution to not disturb the existing appearance of the lokality. It´s about a new insulated house with hairdresser´s, which is designed in parcel 981/87 cadastral areas in Přibyslav, that is located in the built-up area of newly built houses at the intersection of stress Podrázského and U Koupaliště. The habitable part of the house has two floors. It has ground floor, floor and attic. The roof above the living area is a gabled roof. The establishment has one floor, designed to be accesible to persons with reduced mobility and orientation. Over the establishment part is extensit green roof accesible from the attic. The building has also garage parking for two vehicles in the basement accessible from the street U Koupaliště.

This Batchelor thesis describes the family house with the outlet of the beauty salon. The object is located on the site number 562/10 in Daskabát, near Olomouc. The flat is suitable for a family with four members. In the building there are two floors and a gabled roof. The building is designed with the Heluz system.
Kindergarten in Zlín

The subject of this thesis is a new building of kindergarten in Zlin-Malenovice. It is a two-storey building without a basement and with a flat roof. For the construction was chosen flat land amidst residential area with good access. One of the main goals is to create a functional layout for daily operation. Kindergarten consists of four departments, each with capacity of 20 children. The building also has a kitchen, where hot meals will be prepared. The building is made of sand-lime bricks and it is based on footings. A car park for parents and kindergarten staff will also be built on the property.
Warehouse with administration in the town of Chrudim

This master thesis focused on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of a storage area with an administrative building, consisting of the premises SO01 - administrative building and SO02 - warehouse. Objects are located on parcels no. 3485, 3486, 1770/10, in the cadastre unit Chrudim. Traffic connection is provided by the exit from the car park on the local road. All engineering infrastructure engineering networks are located near the site. The design of the building respects the local zoning plan. Project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards. The project deals with a building functionally divided into objects SO01 and SO02, which are operationally and structurally connected. Object constructions are statically independent of each other. Object SO01 is used for administrative purposes and as a background for employees. In the basement of the building there are technical facilities and an archive. Object SO02 is intended for the storage of construction material intended for storage in dry areas. In addition to the storage space, there is an air conditioning machine room. Object SO01 is designed from a wall construction system of aerated concrete blocks with reinforced concrete ceilings, foundation strips and a flat roof. The SO02 object is designed as an all-metal assembled object with a gable roof and foundation footings. The structural system of the SO02 object is columnar with steel columns. The perimeter shell of the SO01 building is made of 300 mm thick aerated concrete blocks with a 140 mm contact insulation system. The perimeter shell of the SO02 building consists of assembled sandwich panels with a core made of PUR material.

The subject of this thesis is a new build of a block of flats and drawing up documentation necessary to carry out the construction. The block of flats is located on the edge of the town of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The housing development consists of blocks of flats. The building is a stand alone building with a cellar and has 4 above-ground floors. The flats predominantly comprise of 2 rooms and a kitchenette and on the 4th floor there are 2 flats with a terrace. The building is wheelchair accessible using a vertical ramp. The vertical structure frame on the above-ground floors is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and in the basement they are bricked up with formwork. The horizontal construction is made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building has a flat roof and is supported by footings.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. Newly built Apartment house

Diploma thesis „ Newly bulit apartment house“ deals with a proposal of block of flats in Veselí nad Lužnicí. The block of flats has got four storeys with no celler, and is in a rectangle shape. It is independently built house on a flat terrain. Bricked construction consists of ceramic constructuion blocks Heluz and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is based on foundation belts and is roofed by a single-coat flat roof. There are 29 housing units designed in the building.

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of student housing in the city of Olomouc. The building is located near the university dormitory accommodation of Palacky University. It is designed to complement the missing type of accommodation. Building is a L-shaped five-storey, without a basement and with a flat roof. Structural system is mostly brick, only part of first floor is solved by columns. The building is divided into three building complexes. Two wings for the accommodation have 4 floors. The connector block has five floors, where the 5th floor is only the engine room. Foundation structures are concrete strips and foundation pads. South side of the building is protected from the sun by sunscreens, on which in a future could be installed photovoltaics. The building is divided into three parts in terms of functionality. 1.NP consists of commercial premises in the southern block and private rooms for accommodated in the eastern block. 2nd-4th floor forms spaces designed to accommodate students. Accommodation capacity is 105 people.

The content of this thesis is the design layout and construction of the building of new fire station in South Moravian Region. It is an object split into two interconnected parts: administrative - two-storey, basementless garage for trucks - single-storey, basementless The object is used to perform the services of eight firefighters per shift and one full-time worker. Architecture was chosen so that the object is functionally meet the requirements of firefighters on duty at both organizational (work on PS) and at the operational (exit) procedure. The building is covered with a flat roof, attic walled building on the peripheral wall with white facade and symbols accentuating the purpose of the building. The inner workings of the object are designed to meet the performance demands of service 24ti - hour shifts. The building is brick, based on the footings and load distribution base. The roof structure is made of reinforced concrete load-bearing concrete slab with heat-waterproofing layers classical arrangement of layers. The building is insulated ETICS. This - the operational part is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the south-western part of the building, single-storey garage built for trucks in the northeastern part.
