Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby skladovacího areálu s administrativní budovou, sestávajícího se z objektů SO01 – administrativní budova a SO02 – skladovací hala. Objekty se nacházejí na parcelách č. 3485, 3486, 1770/10, v katastrálním území Chrudim. Dopravní připojení je zajištěno výjezdem z parkoviště na místní silniční komunikaci. Všechny inženýrské sítě technické infrastruktury jsou vedeny v blízkosti pozemku. Návrh stavby respektuje územní plán obce. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována v souladu s aktuálním zněním platných zákonů, vyhlášek a norem. Projekt řeší stavbu funkčně rozdělenou na objekty SO01 a SO02, které jsou provozně i stavebně spojené. Konstrukce objektů jsou vzájemně staticky nezávislé. Objekt SO01 slouží pro administrativní účely a jako zázemí zaměstnanců. V suterénu objektu se nachází místnosti technického zázemí a archiv. Objekt SO02 je určený pro skladování stavebního materiálu určeného k uskladnění v suchých prostorách. Kromě skladovacího prostoru se zde nachází strojovna vzduchotechniky. Objekt SO01 je navržen ze stěnového konstrukčního systému z pórobetonových tvárnic s železobetonovými stropy, základovými pásy a plochou střechou. Objekt SO02 je navržen jako celokovový montovaný objekt se sedlovou střechou a základovými patkami. Konstrukční systém objektu SO02 je sloupový s ocelovými sloupy. Obvodový plášť objektu SO01 je tvořen z kusových pórobetonových tvárnic tloušťky 300 mm s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem 140 mm. Obvodový plášť objektu SO02 je tvořen montovanými sendvič panely s jádrem z materiálu PUR. This master thesis focused on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of a storage area with an administrative building, consisting of the premises SO01 - administrative building and SO02 - warehouse. Objects are located on parcels no. 3485, 3486, 1770/10, in the cadastre unit Chrudim. Traffic connection is provided by the exit from the car park on the local road. All engineering infrastructure engineering networks are located near the site. The design of the building respects the local zoning plan. Project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards. The project deals with a building functionally divided into objects SO01 and SO02, which are operationally and structurally connected. Object constructions are statically independent of each other. Object SO01 is used for administrative purposes and as a background for employees. In the basement of the building there are technical facilities and an archive. Object SO02 is intended for the storage of construction material intended for storage in dry areas. In addition to the storage space, there is an air conditioning machine room. Object SO01 is designed from a wall construction system of aerated concrete blocks with reinforced concrete ceilings, foundation strips and a flat roof. The SO02 object is designed as an all-metal assembled object with a gable roof and foundation footings. The structural system of the SO02 object is columnar with steel columns. The perimeter shell of the SO01 building is made of 300 mm thick aerated concrete blocks with a 140 mm contact insulation system. The perimeter shell of the SO02 building consists of assembled sandwich panels with a core made of PUR material.
