The aim of the thesis is to analyze marketing tools used in the development project «Nová Zbrojovka». To assess their effectiveness and expediency of use in the future. The result of this work will be a proposal for the further use of the analyzed marketing tools. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the construction market, strategy and marketing strategy, situation analysis and its tools. The basic concepts, divisions and structures are explained here. The practical part describes the project «Nová Zbrojovka», the current situation of using marketing tools and marketing strategy of the project, analysis of these tools and recommendations for their use in the future.

Subcontracting management on a construction contract

The diploma thesis deals with the subcontracting management on a construction contract. The purpose is to define costs for permanent employees and for external employees in specific construction company, known as a subcontractor. There are some concepts which are defined, such as construction contract and market, prices in construction, project management. The following part evaluates the way how the subcontractors are selected for the construction contract and its management. There is a research of preparedness this construction contract. In the end there is an evaluation of selection process with the subcontractors in the specific construction contract, subconstructors management and construction contract management.

The Impact of the Global Crisis on the Changes in the Civil Engineering.

This diploma thesis deals with the changes in civil engineering that occured as a result of the global pandemic crisis. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and definitions, describes facts from past crises and defines the economic situation before the pandemic. It compares the economic situation before and after the start of the pandemic. This thesis also examines the development of selected macroeconomic indicators during the crisis. The practical part consists of an analysis of the construction market using a questionnaire survey. Based on the data from this survey, it evaluates the view of participants in the construction market on the supply side. The final data obtained from the questionnaire survey are compared with statistical data. Finally, possible predictions about the development of civil engineering are defined.

Tracking the efficiency of business marketing resources

Diploma thesis is focused on the theme "Monitoring the efficiency of funds on the marketing enterprise" which will be performed the analysis of two specific companies and their marketing activities. Further, they identified the marketing tools in companies. After analyzing all marketing activities of the companies evaluated and then executed the marketing plan and its budget. After the introduction of the marketing plans in companies will be carried out assessment of the embedded costs. The work consists of the theoretical part and the practical. In the first part are specified concepts related to marketing, in the second part is performed marketing analysis and subsequently conducted a marketing plan. In conclusion, the described evaluation of the embedded costs, the proposals and any recommendations for improvement.

The Final Project focuses on developing marketing startegies considering the communication on the Czech real estate market, with specific emphasis on the town of Prostejov and its surroundings. The Project deals with mapping and describing the issues within the area of developing marketing strategies in the process of sale and purchase of the real estate. The Theoretical Part sets the fundamental marketing terminology, deals with the term of the construction market and the effects of individual subjects present on the market. The Practical Parts is formed by the marketing research whose outcomes reveal a set of recommendations in the field of marketing strategies for the real estate professionals within their marketing communication. The very result of this Project is a proposal of the optimal media selected for the effective communication with customers.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the "Marketing of sale of the property" and it mainly deals with the availability of information, which are provided to the customers. Further amendment of the law on real estate transfer tax, when the newly passed tax burden on the buyer, how does this change in the law on the real estate market, the realtor, the seller or the buyer. The subsequent resolution of disputes or complaints in the purchase/sale of real estate and the analysis of the time that is needed to meetings and to the conclusion of the contract through a realtor or without her help. The work consists of the theoretical part and the practical. In the first part are mainly specified the basic concepts related to marketing, in the second part it is applied to marketing research in practice. In conclusion are described proposals and possible recommendations for improvement.
