Tato diplomová práce se zabývá změnami ve stavebnictví, které nastaly v důsledku celosvětové krize způsobené pandemií koronaviru. V teoretické části definuje základní pojmy a definice, udává fakta z minulých krizí a popisuje situaci před pandemií. Porovnává ekonomickou situaci před a po nástupu pandemie, zároveň zkoumá vývoj vybraných makroekonomických ukazatelů během krize. Praktickou část tvoří analýza stavebního trhu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě dat z tohoto šetření vyhodnocuje pocity účastníků vystupujících na stavebním trhu na straně nabídky. Současně data získaná z dotazníkového šetření porovnává se statistickými údaji. Závěrem jsou definovány možné predikce o vývoji stavebnictví. This diploma thesis deals with the changes in civil engineering that occured as a result of the global pandemic crisis. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and definitions, describes facts from past crises and defines the economic situation before the pandemic. It compares the economic situation before and after the start of the pandemic. This thesis also examines the development of selected macroeconomic indicators during the crisis. The practical part consists of an analysis of the construction market using a questionnaire survey. Based on the data from this survey, it evaluates the view of participants in the construction market on the supply side. The final data obtained from the questionnaire survey are compared with statistical data. Finally, possible predictions about the development of civil engineering are defined.
