This master thesis focuses on improving communication mix of selected businessman, Mr. Marek Argan, who operates in the sale of Thai products and provides services as Thai yoga and Thai massage. This work is is divided into three main parts. The first part describes theoretical knowledge, which is then used as a base for the next parts. The second part describes the activities of the selected company and analysis of the current marketing and communication mix. In the last part is the proposal of communication mix, which will be applied in the company .

The aim of the thesis is to sum up the current situation of the company VOLF office supplies Co., Ltd., working on the school and office supplies market, from the perspective of marketing activities. The marketing mix has been used to evaluate marketing activities. In the final part of the thesis the obtained results are summarized and on their bases are developed concrete proposals that would improve the current situation. Among the used methods, contibuting to achievement of this aim, belong: analysis of marketing activities, evaluation of marketing mix, analysis of current customers, analysis of competitors and suppliers and the structured interviews.
The analysis of the retail market segment of a healthy food in Hradec Králové

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the health food market in Hradec Králové. The work is divided into three parts. First section aims to characterize the organic food market in the Czech Republic in terms of producers, distributors and consumers with an estimate of future development. Another part is dedicated to the analysis of the market in Hradec Králové in order to define the typical customer of specialized health food stores and his shopping behavior using quantitative research.The last part deals with the analysis of the competition of selected health food shop for the purpose of choosing an appropriate competitive strategy. Competition is analyzed on the theoretical basis of Kotler's competitive analysis and Porter's five forces model.
