Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu trhu se zdravou výživou v Hradci Králové. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první kapitole je charakterizován trh s biopotravinami v České Republice z hlediska producentů, distributorů a spotřebitelů s odhadem budoucího vývoje. Další část je věnována situační analýze v Hradci Králové s cílem zmapovat stávající trh segmentu zdravé výživy a pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu charakterizovat typického zákazníka specializované prodejny se zdravou výživou a jeho nákupní chování. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá analýzou konkurence s cílem zvolit vhodnou konkurenční strategii pro vybranou prodejní jednotku. Konkurence je analyzována pomocí Kotlerovy analýzy konkurence a Porterova modelu pěti sil. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the health food market in Hradec Králové. The work is divided into three parts. First section aims to characterize the organic food market in the Czech Republic in terms of producers, distributors and consumers with an estimate of future development. Another part is dedicated to the analysis of the market in Hradec Králové in order to define the typical customer of specialized health food stores and his shopping behavior using quantitative research.The last part deals with the analysis of the competition of selected health food shop for the purpose of choosing an appropriate competitive strategy. Competition is analyzed on the theoretical basis of Kotler's competitive analysis and Porter's five forces model.
