The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of an internal company directive for the area of the internal wage regulation of the agricultural cooperative. The first part defines the theoretical basis for internal company directives, the employment relationship, remuneration of employees, calculation of the wage and their accounting. The second part presents and analyzes the selected agricultural cooperative and identifies the problem. The last part deals with the solution of the problem, the result of which is the creation of a comprehensive internal wage regulation.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with creation of internal directive for inventory management in a selected entity. The first part of the thesis is devoted to providing a theoretical basis for internal directives, inventory management, record - keeping, valuation, accounting methods and inventory auditing. The following part comprises basic information about the company, a financial analysis of its statements and an analysis of the current status of its inventory management directives. In the last part, a proposal for an internal directive focused on inventory management is presented based on the acquired knowledge and results of the analysis.

Bachelor thesis is called The Establishment of Internal Accounting Directives with a Focus on Assets. Subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of internal accounting rules in the area of fixed assets and their use. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first part is focused on internal guidelines, division, registration and disposal of fixed assets, accounting and tax depreciation. This knowledge is applied on the particular company. The second part is introduce the chosen company, history of company and examines the optimal solution for internal guidelines with regard to problematice with fixed assets. In the final part is suggested changes in the system of internal accounting rules and are created new internal accounting rules with essential requirements.

This bachelor thesis deals with the specifics that are related to livestock farming and which signally affect accounting. The main issue is valuation of animals and accounting for animals. The first part of the thesis describes the methods of valuation of animals and accounting for animals, which are included in current assets and long-term assets. In the second part of the thesis there are suggested regulations of company for Školní zemědělský podnik Žabčice, where this issue is discussed.

International truck transport in terms of rights

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the legislation of international truck transport. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the appropriate interpretation of problems of an international truck transport. These problems are discussed in the technical literature and in the relevant legislation. The sources for the theoretical part of the thesis are primarily the legislation relating to the road transport, the different conventions and contracts and literature that deals with international truck transport. The second, practical, part of the thesis includes the comparison of international and domestic truck transport. In the practical part I did an interview with the owner of a transport company. Based on the interview I processed an internal directive. And this internal directive is about the compliance with safety breaks, driving time, rest periods and other duties of truck drivers.
