This thesis deals with the design of the device carried by a tractor which will be used for material handling. Aggregation is solved using the three - point hitch of the tractor. The load carrying capacity is 1000 kg. The thesis contains a 3D design, a constructional solution, which is based on strength and control calculations, and technical drawings.

The first part deals with the possibility of transport of materials in agriculture. The following is a description of the compared vehicles. Finally, it describes the methodology of calculation of fuel consumption vehicles, which are then compared.

The result of the work are improvements of the product that would make this tractor better in both ways, in functional and ergonomic terms.

Design of Unconventional Suspension of Tractor's Cabin

The Master’s thesis deals with the design of unconventional tractor cab suspension. It contains overview of current conceptions, mensions description of single components, takes closer look at torsion bar calculations and strength analysis. Subsequently, there is dynamic analysis of suspension in the thesis, performed with use of Adams View software aimed at ride over bump. Last section describes strength analysis of whole construction according to OECD methodics with use of numerical simulations in ANSYS Workbench software. Part of the thesis is also complete drawing documentation.

Hydraulic lifting equipment for the tractor

This bachelor thesis focuses on designing a lifting device for a tractor three-point hitch. A short research of similar lifting devices was carried out. The concept is designed and supported by analytical calculations of dimensional and functional properties. The strength calculations are carried out in accordance with the standard, and critical areas of the device are checked. The work contains 3D models and plan drawings.
