The work organization in health care. The case study implementation of employee manual for standard ward Hospital of Pelhřimov

The diploma thesis "The organization of work in health care. Case study of implementing employee manual on standard hospital wards Pelhřimov "manual describes the creation of employment for nurses working in inpatient department standard and the introduction of this manual into practice. The work is divided into theoretical part, which consists of five chapters and practical. The theoretical part of the information, human resources management, teamwork, employee evaluation, problem solving and team work quality in healthcare facilities. The practical part describes the process of creating the manual setting of the main goals and sub-goals and progress of cooperation author of the thesis members of the team formed for the creation of the manual. We'll also find an evaluation questionnaire, finding an employee satisfaction nurses manual and usability of information for practice. People Development in Fusion Project

This thesis focusses on the subject of leadership. It describes various leadership styles, considers the personality of a leader and whether or not it is possible to learn to be a good leader. It also addresses the issue of teamwork; what is a team, what are the characteristics of a successful team, and what causes a team to fail in its task. In addition, the thesis also looks at volunteer work; who is a volunteer, what is the volunteer's role in an organization, and what are their needs, and some issues faced in developing human resources. The practical part on this thesis is focussed on Fusion; it describes Fusion's activities, and how it functions in the Czech Republic and abroad. Based on field research, it highlights the needs of Fusion leaders, and proposes the needed leadership training and development to fulfill this need. Current trends in communication and teamwork in construction engineering

The diploma thesis deals with current trends in communication and teamwork in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is first to theoretically describe and explain the concepts of communication and teamwork and then to conduct research in construction companies and find out what are the current trends in communication and teamwork. The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretical and focuses on knowledge and concepts gained from the literature. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, research questions are compiled. Their task is to find out current trends in communication and teamwork. These trends are currently influenced mainly by covid-19 and related problems, which are limiting human contact and isolation. Based on the research questions, a questionnaire survey and two guided interviews are compiled. Their task is to find out how communication and teamwork takes place in construction companies at present. At the end of the thesis, questions focused on current trends in communication and teamwork are answered thanks to the obtained results.
The work of a manager in public administration from the point of view of the IT generation

The bachelor thesis is focused on working with people in public administration from the point of view of the young generation of information technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with the functioning of public administration and construction law. And it also mentions the basics of teamwork, communication with people and their motivation. In the empirical part I specified research questions, which are looking for answers to two main topics of my work. What does working with young people look like from the point of view of public administration workers and how young people perceive work in the public sector. As a representative of this generation, I chose graduates of the field of Municipal Engineering. The empirical part of the work is examined by using questionnaire surveys and guided interviews, based on which predetermined research questions will be answered.

Tato diplomová práce představuje návrh a implementaci řídicího systému známého jako Innovation Scorecard, který byl zaveden a aplikován v rámci společnosti Red Hat Czech s.r.o. Účelem bylo vylepšení současného modu operandi společnosti se zvláštním důrazem na zlepšení vývoje a implementačních procesů softwaru. Hlavní zaměření práce je především na měření toho, jak úspěšný byl jakýkoli navrhovaný inovativní způsob práce. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část obsahuje základní znalosti, které jsou důležité pro pochopení konkrétního tématu výzkumu. Druhá část diplomové práce popisuje společnost a umožňuje tak pochopení interních procesů a systémů v rámci firmy. Třetí část obsahuje související návrhy, jak zlepšit vnitřní procesy. To je založeno na analýze s hlavním zaměřením na to, jak společnost v současné době funguje.
Mobile and Web App for Supporting Group Work

This master's thesis describe design and implementation of mobile and web application for supporting group work. Every team member send his work report in specific time period for compare themself with each other. In first part is described analysis and motivation for this application. Next chapters inform about similiar applications, Android platform and used technologies. In design chapter are described screens of mobile application, history of their design and web application design. In the last chapter is described implementation and testing.
Volunteering in theater

The bachelor thesis Volunteering in the theater is focused on possibilities of engaging volunteers to the Czech theaters. As a volunteer is meant a person, who does a certain activity/work without a salary. The theoretical part is focused on the terminology of the topic and volunteering terms of law in the Czech Republic. The practical part shows particular steps of engaging volunteers including advantages and disadvantages of volunteering in theater ambience, it also introduces ways and tools to count the value of volunteers. In the last part of this thesis there is a description of cooperating volunteers with the Studio Hrdinů. The text is enriched with data which have been got from the survey made with volunteers from the Studio Hrdinů. The goal of this thesis is to highlight the importance of volunteering. The content of this thesis is an inspiring source of information for theaters, which are interested in cooperating with volunteers.

Mgr. Šárka Kovaříková ABSTRACT The organization's success and development can be observed from different views and also judged with many different parameters. Basically, We can say that if an organization has developed successfully, many changes in process have been done in the past. The organization's management should be well versed regarding changes expected in the future. The authour of this diploma thesis deals with the issues of management changes based on practical experience dealing with the social enterprise PROCESIA Zlin s.r.o. This enterprise was established in 2011 as a civil association. Since the founding many changes in process where needed. There were indicated a need for changes in the organization structure. During interviews with workers it was found a need to change the competences of the workers. The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe managament process in PROCESIA's organizational structure. Description of change is written in recommendation form, which should help management of organization reveal inconsistent competences among employees and help to improve perfomance of organization.
