Diplomová práce "Organizace práce ve zdravotnictví. Případová studie zavádění zaměstnaneckého manuálu na standardním lůžkovém oddělení Nemocnice Pelhřimov" popisuje tvorbu zaměstnaneckého manuálu pro všeobecné sestry pracující na lůžkovém standardním oddělení a zavádění tohoto manuálu do praxe. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou, která se skládá z pěti kapitol a části praktické. V teoretické části jsou informace z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, týmové práce, hodnocení pracovníků, řešení problémů v pracovním kolektivu a kvality ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Praktická část popisuje proces tvorby manuálu, stanovení hlavního cíle a dílčích cílů a průběh spolupráce autorky diplomové práce s členy týmu, vytvořeného pro tvorbu manuálu. Dále zde nalezneme vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, zjišťujícího spokojenost sester se zaměstnaneckým manuálem a využitelnost informací pro praxi. Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců se zaměstnaneckým mauálem. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The diploma thesis "The organization of work in health care. The work is divided into theoretical part, which consists of five chapters and practical. The theoretical part of the information, human resources management, teamwork, employee evaluation, problem solving and team work quality in healthcare facilities. The practical part describes the process of creating the manual setting of the main goals and sub-goals and progress of cooperation author of the thesis members of the team formed for the creation of the manual. We'll also find an evaluation questionnaire, finding an employee satisfaction nurses manual and usability of information for practice.
