Sorting line model implemented by Tecnomatix Process Simulate
Prokop, Michal ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This master‘s thesis is about how to create a virtual model of a sorting line by using Tecnomatix Process Simulate program. In this master‘s thesis is describe non-robotics operation as a controlling conveyor, material flow, working with sensors and simulaton of manufactory process. In the second part of my master’s thesis I realise virtual commissioning for this model of sorting line. I made program for real PLC and conected with model of sorting line via OPC server. I made SCADA aplication for users too. This model will be used in lessons and students will program PLC for controlling. In master’s thesis I explain, how to work in simulation environment Tecnomatix Process Simulate too.
SCADA/HMI system for stations on leak test
Rak, Jan ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to develop SCADA/HMI system for stations on leak test. The software will be able to communicate with the station via the OCP server, by which the control station and store measured data. For this purpose, it was used more fiber processing, as for the actual communication, as well as to run the program and work with databases to store the results. The resulting program will be placed on the personal computer, which is part of the station to check for leaks.
Fasilities and comparison of SCADA systems in control systems
Vomela, Václav ; Weber, Martin (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the possibilities of SCADA systems in control systems with PLC, with a focus on software used atx - technical office for complete automation s.r.o., specifically InTouch, Web Control, WinCC Flexible, ProTool. At the beginning of this work obtain basic information about programmable logic, on what is a simulation and visualization. The next section is described the selected visualization software, the advantages, disadvantages, applications, etc. In the end is mentioned a brief overview and comparison of software.
Touch panel controlled PLC systems for HV device control
Vlk, Jáchym ; Vyskočil, Pavel (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
The master thesis describes communication of PLC and touchscreen with purpose of high voltage control. The general information and framework are included. The thesis describes part of IVEP corporation development. Due to the beginning of a long-term development it is premature to come into conclusions within this master thesis. The first chapter deals with PLC and other components. The second chapter consists of matters about high voltage devices. The following chapter describes the programme part. The fourth and concluding chapter deals with the realization of the communication itself. A brief evaluation with prospects for the future is included in the conclusion.
Application of InTouch system for control of portal crane
Diblíková, Michaela ; Jáneš, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with creating software for control and visualization (SCADA) laboratory model gantry crane system using InTouch. Furthermore, the connection to the PLC model crane and a functional language program in STEP7. The aim is to create objects and windows for visualizacion and cotrol automatic functions crane. The work is shown and described a program created in STEP 7 language and program for the actual visualization and control model of the portal crane system in InTouch.
Automatic Generation of HMI for Distributed Control Systems
Soukenka, Vojtěch ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and create resources that generate user interfaces for distributed control systems. The interfaces are generated based on communication with distributed applications in 4diac FORTE. The resulting interface allows to monitor or control these applications and is available in the form of web application.
Emulation of Attacks on SCADA/ICS Communication
Grofčík, Peter ; Grégr, Matěj (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this master's thesis is to emulate suitable network attacks on the control communication of ICS/SCADA systems with a subsequent design and implementation that can detect them. The first part of the work consists of categorization and acquaintance with individual types of attacks on industrial networks. Using classified datasets combined with a research of available datasets, in the next chapter I describe the selection of suitable attacks, which are at least indirectly related to control communication and are also feasible on virtual devices that are communicating using the IEC104 protocol, which I chose for my work. I then perform the selected attacks and record their progress in a set of PCAP files. Those files form the input for the next part that concerns anomaly detection using statistical methods.
Simulator of SCADA protocols
Bohačík, Antonín ; Mlýnek, Petr (referee) ; Blažek, Petr (advisor)
This work is focused on creation of fully functional communication generator of IEC 60870-5-104 protocol. The theoretical part explains in detail the basic principles, properties and possibilities of communication standards DNP3, IEC 60870 and IEC 61850. The next part is focused on the analysis of communication and implementation of this communication in the PQ MEg44PAN device. The last part deals with the configuration of Raspberry Pi 3 devices and the communication emulation of the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol. All programs were written and tested using the Clion development environment.
Traceability module for SCADA used in process industry
Byrtusová, Lucie ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on implementing a module for batch traceability into the existing SCADA system MagmaView. First, the theoretical part is dedicated to the research of ANSI/ISA-95 standard and traceability problematics in the process industry. First, the practical part analyses the design of the data model and model for user interaction. The next topic is the implementation of the mentioned models using several software tools such as the graphical environment of MagmaView, Groovy scripting, and communication with SQL database. Part of the implementation is also a testing project simulating a simple production process and the needs of the operator to work with the batches.
Control and visualization of techlologic process via IPC
Buchta, Luděk ; Libor, Matys (referee) ; Dvořáček, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to acquaint with techniques and technologies used in the control and visualization of technologic processes. The industrial PC, PLC and Automation Panels from the company B&R was used on control of the technologic process in laboratory E541. Designed and implemented control algorithm contains three discrete controllers. The standard OPC is used for communication. Visualization for control workplace is created in the Program Control Web. Visualizations for operator workstations are created in the program Automation Studio. These visualizations are used to transfer information from the technological process.
