The Bechelor‘s thesis is focused on a newly-built family house in Uherský Brod. Uherský Brod is town in the region of Zlín. The plot is situated on the outskirts of the town in a mildly built-up area. The terrain is sloping to Nort-East. The structure is a two-story building with a partial basement. The building foundations are based on the reinforced concrete foundation strips. The load-bearing structures of the basement are formed by permanent formwork. The second floor designed from Ytong system, specifically from thermal insulation block. The floor structure is cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with warm flat roof.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and to develop an elaboration of documentation for the construction of the house on a slope. The family house is located in a quiet part of the village Malenovice. It is designed as a separate two sotrey buildings. One of them is above ground and the other one is on the ground floor and underground. The main entrance to the house is from the ground floor. The main residential part of the house is in the above ground floor with an access to the terrace. The main supporting part of the ground floor is formed by concrete bricks of lost formwork and the above ground floor is formed by lime-sand bricks Ytong. The ceiling constructions and the staircase are designed as reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a roof made of wooden trusses.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the family hou-se. The building is located in a newly developing part of the village Držovice on the land numbers 182/1 and 181. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two above-ground floors and there is a basement below some part of the building. The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the Porotherm system and covered with a flat roof. The building is based on underlying reinforced concrete belts.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new detached house with a design office, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Výkleky on plot no 79/1; 79/2. The house is divided into dwelling unit and establishment. The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with hipped roof. Construction systém wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent forwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.

The thesis deals with the design of a new wooden log house serving as family house located in the cadastral area of the Horní Bečva village. House foundation are in slope terrain. It is a stand-alone, two-story design with partial basement designated for a four-member family. The building is divided into 3 parts according to the floors, namely they are 1st floor – living area, 2nd floor - resting area and 1.S - non-residential area. The ground beam foundation type is used. The vertical load-bearings are made of solid wooden logs. The walls are insulated from the interior of the house. The ceiling structure consist of solid wooden beams. The building has a saddle roof with a 45 ° inclination angle and saddle dormers on the north and south side. The main entrance is placed in the northeastern part of the building. The building interior is architecturally designed from natural materials such as stone and wood. Overall, the design has touch of classic log house in combination with modern elements and technologies. The design of the house fits into the landscape environment of the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area and meets the requirements of the given administration.

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the project of a family house in the town of Pelhřimov, Akátová street. The house is designed for a four membered family and situated on a sloping terrain with an elevation of about 2m. The building has two floors with the main entrance of the house situated on the west side of the residence. There is also a garage and the storage room for various tools located on the ground floor connected by the lee. The technical room, dressing rooms and the hall can be entered from the lobby, however the residential part of the house can be entered from the hall. In the residential part you can find a kitchen with a dining room, living room with a terrace and the staircase to the second floor. The master bedroom, two other bedrooms and the bathroom which are situated on the second floor are accessible from the main hall. The vertical perimeter structures are designed from the Liapor system with the ETICS thermal insulation composite system. The horizontal structures are designed from a filigree ceiling system. The main building is designed with a shed roof. The roof of the garage and the warehouse is single-layered and flat. The drawing part of this thesis was prepared in the ArchiCAD computer program. Enclosed is the thermal-technical assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety assessment.

This bachelor thesis deals with processing of a specific part of a project documentation for a family house construction. This object is situated on a slope in a village Voděrady near Rychnov nad Kněžnou, belonging to Královéhradecký region. The family house is designed as a two-floor one, intended for a four-member family. Vertical constructions are from KM BETA SEDWIX system. The roof construction above the living quarter is made of a saddle roof with a slope of 38°. One part of the house is a garage for one car. The roof above the garage is made of one envelope flat roof.

The aim of my thesis was to create a detached house on the slope. House is divided into a living area and a garage. The main entrance is situated to the north. You enter to the ground floor where you can find living room with the kitchen. On the first floor are bedrooms. Structural system is made of bricks with ventilated facade and timber cladding. House has a partial basement which is built of permanent formwork. In the basement, there is a study, gym, guest room and utility room with a bathroom. You can enter a garden directly from the basement. Roof of the detached house is designed as an extensive green roof.

The aim of my thesis was to create a detached house on the slope with ideal disposition for all family. Double floor family house with flat roof and with isolation system ETICS. First floor is combinated from two kind of bricks. Second floor is just from ceramic bricks and this space is very opened with big windows. Living room have acces on big teracce.

Bachelor's thesis "Family house in the hillside" deals with the installation of a house in a sloping terrain. The aim is to create project documentation on the level of detailed documentation for a family house in slope plot number 48/4 in the cadastral territory Střemeníčko. Terms of Reference is the use of materials other than brick and silicate products for the construction of vertical supporting structures. It is necessary the object gently fitted into the terrain, so to avoid breaching the the surrounding landscape and also ensure proper functionality of the object. Three-storey building will be partially embedded in the terrain, covered with a gable roof with ridge oriented perpendicular to the fall line of the terrain. Load-bearing wall construction will consist from sand-lime blocks KMB SENDWIX in composition with a ventilated space. Non-bearing constructions will be made sand-lime blocks KMB SENDWIX. Ceiling structure will consist of ceramic ceiling panels Heluz. The roof will be covered with roof tiles KM Beta Brilliant in black. The facade will consist of gray masonry retention wall of sand-lime brick KMB SENDWIX at the bottom of part of shield the building and on the second floor in a color of graphite. Retention wall remaining part will be in white. Will fill openings with wooden frames of honey-yellow color.
