The Project Proposal of the Marketing Campaign Realisation on Social Networks

This bachelor thesis is dealing with project management of a campaign for a selected company and subsequent implementation of chosen methods and tools for managing such project in three phases – pre-project, project and post-project. In these individual phases we are going to focus on setting up goals, logical framework, initiation, planning, implementation, project closeout, output evaluation and proposal processing. These individual phases and each partial step are theoretically described and then practically used in the analysis of the current state and the design of the solution.

Analýza standardů projektového manažera

This diploma thesis aims to find out, what is the practical application of project management standards in our country. The thesis is structured into two complex parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with project management and individual approaches to it, as well as individual standards and methodologies of project management are discussed in this part. For the purposes of this diploma thesis, the three most common standards in our country PMBOK, IPMA and PRINCE2, were selected. In the practical part, the analysis of selected project management standards is already carried out. Several project companies from Brno were approached in order to find out whether they influence the selection of candidates whether they are certified or not.

The Use of Methods of the Project Management in Chosen Organization

This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of project management. The aim is to create a proposal for a benefit event for a chosen organisation and, at the same time, to devise a functional template which could serve for any event with a similar focus. Firstly, the study describes the theory of project management as an introduction to the subject matter; it then discusses the chosen organisation and the current state of the project, and, finally, the proposed solution and its benefit.

Proposal for Project and Application of Project Management Methodology in the Municipality

Main goal of this thesis is to design a project for the reconstruction of the square in the municipality Dolní Věstonice, which will have a positive impact on the support of tourism and local development. The project management methodology is used in compiling the project. The basis for the proposed solution is an analysis of the current situation mapping tourism in the municipality, including an analysis of technical means that can be used to secure successful implementation of the change. The result of this work is a complete proposal, including all essentials and economic evaluations of the entire project.

Lean project management

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of lean project management. It is divided into four main parts. The opening one deals with general principles of project management. The second part includes a list of and a brief description of individual losses within the field. The remaining parts join managers’ practical knowledge with information from reference books. The conclusion contains a custom form which is a basis for an analysis of project work in a company that carries it out. An improvement suggestion follows.

Analýza úrovne znalostí a schopností projektových manažérov pri riešení problémov regionálneho rozvoja

The main aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate level of knowledge and skills of project management principles by project managers, who are dealing with regional development problems. In the first part of this thesis the most popular standards and methodology of project management are mentioned. Based on the analysis of secondary data, a set of questions, necessary for obtaining of relevant information for the fulfillment of goals, was designed. Processing of the obtained data enabled to identify deficiencies in project management knowledge of respondents. The last part of this thesis is focused on the proposal of solutions in order to improve the situation by presenting a set of certain methods and techniques with respect to every characteristic of regional development project.
