Revision of an integrated management system with regard to the risk management methods

The subject of my thesis is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the current status of the company. In the thesis the economic and risk analysis. For economic analysis is used SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces and PEST analysis. From risk analysis, I selected a fault tree analysis FTA and trouble-free assessment of human activities HRA. FTA is used to identify the possible causes of risk and calculate the probability that an unfavorable risk occurs. HRA analysis is used to evaluate the effects of human error on the system. Based on these analyzes identified shortcomings and to suggest effective improvements for the company.

Financial Plannnig of Manufacturing Company

This diploma thesis deals with the financial planning in a manufacturing company. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses the issue of creating a financial plan. The practical part is an analysis of external and internal factors that affect the functioning of the company. Based on that, an assessment of the current state of the company has been performed and a draft of the financial plan prepared in two options. At the end of the diploma thesis, the assessment and comparison of both variants of the financial plan have been laid out.

Parts of the work are own proposals for organizing children's camp, documentation about the camp, personnel, program and material provision of the camp and economic evaluation of children's camp.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the creation of a business plan for the construction of a ski resort using the methods of quantitative research and strategic analysis which will be implemented through a newly established company. These tools are a part of the analytical part of the thesis and at the same time they serve as a basis for the actual solution proposals. The proposal part introduces the business plan itself, which is analyzed primarily through the marketing mix and financial plan, which leads to the final recommendation whether to implement the project or not.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The topic of this thesis is to create a financial plan for a selected company, which is the company ZEMO, spol. s r.o. with its headquarters in Bohaté Málkovice, which is engaged in agricultural activities, especially plant production. In the first part of the thesis there are the theoretical starting points, then the selected company is introduced, the strategic and financial analysis is performed and the financial plan for the years 2018 - 2021 in the optimistic and pessimistic variant is processed. Finally, an evaluation of both variants of this financial plan is made.

In this particular analysis it is covered a research on local and outlying regions. And this study covers the possibility of entering this market and consider the viability of expansion that may enhance it's growth and profitability. There are strategies put in place in this study that will outline the expenses of marketing and other solutions. It is vital to perform this study to assure that such business is not only going to be successful but also to perform at it's highest level.
