Using of ISA 95 for part of the production line
Horák, Lukáš ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of the ISA-95 standard on a newly created production line. The standard and its models are described in the theoretical part, following with the individual selected software solutions, which were used for the standard’s application. Subsequently, a description of the construction and program tools of both devices, which by physical arrangement and their connection create the production line, is provided. The next part of the thesis deals with the design and application of a batch control process. This is the basis for an ISA-95 standard implementation, which uses specific software resources for data acquisition and visualization. A functional verification of the production line and realized design was done within the last part. The conclusion presents an evaluation of production based on analyzed data from the test production.
Forming lines molding hot weighing up to 100 kg
Smyček, Ondřej ; Humlíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
This project was made within the engineering studies and its aim was to design an assembly line to product assigned components of appropriate quality and quantity, using the technology of hot extrusion, both backward and forward. A series of technology steps was suggested, parameters necessary for individual operations were set and on this basis, adequate machines were chosen. The conclusion of this work contains technical-economical evaluation for the chosen options which expects the ten-year return with average production of 40 000 pieces.
Precision forging
Bužga, Petr ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis deals with methods, procedures and possibilities of precision forging. After the initial analysis methods of die forging with collar also comprises an overview, analysis and description of methods of precision forging, including a technological evaluation in view of technical possibilities, investment requirements and expected benefits. The main emphasis is laid on the technological conditions, procedure, on the construction of the dies and forging devices.
Processes of open-die and die forging
Tvrdoň, Radek ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis presents a theoretical summary of forging processes. It deals with the selection of semi-finished product, machine and also forming processes for both types of forging. It explains the usability of open-die forging for making simple parts and die forging for more complex components. While solving the die forging, the thesis is extended with instructions for making a drawing of a forged piece, which nominal dimensions are extended by mentioned additions. The drawing is followed by explanation of procedure of creation a die cavity, which is different for presses and hammers. The thesis also describes the process of calculations of forging force and labor.
Production of the component "Lid"
Vyhnanovský, Jaroslav ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
This project developed within the Bachelor study of Engineering Technology proposes a technology component “Lid” made of1 mm thick sheet metal ofmaterial11 375(1.0038). The component will be made on a combined roll forming machine. A mount with two pillars will be used for the production, which will be located in an eccentric press LEN 40C by TOMA Industries Ltd. based in Trnava, Slovakia. The nominal press force is 400kN. Trimming punches, broaches, blanking dies and bending punches are made of tool steel, grade194....
Machines for forming technologies
Kvapil, Jan ; Henzl, David (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis, which is developed in an undergraduate degree in B 2339, provides a brief overview of the various types of machines used in metal forming. The work is characterized by earlier today and used machines. The basic types of machines include: mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, hammers and rotary molding machine. All machines are described operating principles and their practical application.
Realization of an automated production line workplace
Pecha, Václav ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Bayer, Robert (advisor)
The thesis deals with the automation of the production process of the workplace for forging of metal parts for a specific customer in a specific environment. In the introduction, there is an analysis of the industrial revolution. In the next part, the thesis is devoted to the virtual commissioning in Process Simulate. It then deals with the technical part of the design and detailed specifications of the individual components. Finally, the success of the project after the implementation is evaluated.
Production of air filter cover
Procházka, Vojtěch ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The thesis is concerned with the concept of an air filter cover production .The component has a cylindrical shape with a circular protrusion and a hole in the bottom. It is made of a steel sheet 11 320 with the thickness 1 mm. Considering the production volume of 20,000 units per year, it was chosen as the most suitable pulling technology with a conventional tool without wall thinning. The component needs to be pulled in two operations, each time a retainer has to be used. The tool for each operation is separate. Technical drawing documentation is processed for the second tool. Due to the calculated force, the ŽĎAS CTH 250 hydraulic press with a nominal force of 2,500 kN was chosen. The economic evaluation shows that the production material cost for one piece is about 42 CZK. The cost of the second stroke tool is 260,000 CZK.
Diaphragm Thermoplastic Press
Štindl, Martin ; Blecha, Petr (referee) ; Foller, Bronislav (advisor)
The basic of this work is the construction realization of membrane vacuum press, mark out for shaping thermoplastics by force of membrane. Specially designate for material Twintex. The work deals with the general conception and form this machines. Movement material in machine to the warm up parts and after it to moulding.
Manufacturing of a post anchor base by compound tool
Pokorný, Michal ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a production process of an anchor, which is used to connect wooden beams to a concrete base. Steel sheet 11 375 of a 4 mm thickness was chosen for the production. A combination of cutting and bending technologies will be used to achieve the desired shape of the component. Technological and control calculations were performed for the cutting and bending operations. Based on the calculations, the compound tool was designed and constructed and a drawing documentation of it was created. A semi-finished product in the form of a roll sheet will be used for production. The PMV 300 mechanical press, supplemented by a feeding line, was proposed as a suitable machine for production.
