Projekt byl vypracovaný v rámci inženýrského studia a jeho cílem bylo navrhnout linku na výrobu zadaných součástí v odpovídající kvalitě a množství, a to technologií zpětného a dopředného protlačovaní za tepla. Byly navrženy jednotlivé technologické kroky, stanoveny potřebné parametry pro jednotlivé operace, na jejichž základě byly zvoleny odpovídající stroje. Závěrem práce je technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení zvolené varianty, která počítá s návratností za 10 let, při průměrné produkci 40 000 kusů. This project was made within the engineering studies and its aim was to design an assembly line to product assigned components of appropriate quality and quantity, using the technology of hot extrusion, both backward and forward. A series of technology steps was suggested, parameters necessary for individual operations were set and on this basis, adequate machines were chosen. The conclusion of this work contains technical-economical evaluation for the chosen options which expects the ten-year return with average production of 40 000 pieces.
