Methods: The thesis has an empiric and theorethic character. Data collection is processed by dynamometry, measurement of limb circuits and body mas analyzation by Tanita MC-980. Title: A FOUNDATION PLAN OF KARATE SPORT CLUB Aims: The aim is to explain how to establish a karate sport club in new terms of foundation of associations. Another goal is the application of the theoretical knowledges to a chosen karate club Red Dragon Team (RDT) and to design options how to improve its functioning. Methods: Based on expert literature and texts research, a study has been produced which describes basic terms and ways of analysis execution. The SWOT analysis of the current state of the inner and outer environment of the RDT sports clubwas used in the second section of this document. Results: The work provides comprehensive guide describing the particular steps for founding of a new association in practice. The work is proposing a solution based on the SWOT analysis to eliminate possible deficiencies and how to better use the potential of the club RDT. Title: Testing and developing explosive power of young karate athletes of discipline kata Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine the effect of the intervention conditioning program on explosive power of young karate athletes of discipline kata. Methods: Testing was performed using four motor tests. The data were processed using basic statistical method and Wilcoxon pair test. Results: Intervention conditioning program had a positive effect on increasing the level of explosive power in the tested experimental group. Title: Methodology training in sports matches in karate Objectives: The main aim of this work is to create a model of development of movement skills and special skills and knowledge of of tactics needed to manage difficult situations in sports match. Methods: In our thesiswe used a method of analysis and study of documents, historical method and the method of compilation and comparison. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of various aspects of discipline kumite and method of compilation and comparison in the comparison of traditional and modern teaching methods. Method photographs and video footage was used for multimedia processing the issue with output in the form of a DVD. Results: The result of this study is a modern concept of teaching sport match which follows the changing trends in the development of karate raised working towards Olympic sport. Title: Dependence of somatotype and fitness condition in martial arts. Thesis aim: Main aim of this thesis is to find out mutual dependence among tracked variables - placed in ranking list and UNIFITTEST (6-60). Methods: For theoretical part of thesis the author used method of analysis and synthesis of specialized literary sources. In practical part the main method used was regression analysis. Method according to Heath-Carter was used to assessment somatotype. Towards evaluation of kinetic performance and efficiency was used UNIFITTEST (6-60). Results: Results from research show us that during the research of mutual dependencies it hasn't proved any link between tracked variables and place in ranking list UNIFITTEST (6-60). Considering measured values judo athletes are in category endomorphic mesomorphic and karate athletes are in category well-balanced mesomorphic. Analysis of the versatility of karatekas at competitions in the Czech Republic in the last twelve years

The presented diploma thesis deals with the extensive and detailed analysis of versatility of karatekas based on the analysis of the results of the competitions in the National Cup JKA Czech Republic and the Czech Republic Championship JKA ČR in the categories from younger students to senior citizens in the Czech Republic over the past twelve years. The work was created as detailed extension examined shrinking phenomenon, relating to the versatility of karatekas in those competitions, categories and periods in the Czech Republic. Materials relating to the the final location of individual karatekas in those competitions, categories and periods in the Czech Republic were analyzed within the diploma thesis solution. The history philosophy and the meaning of karate are briefly shown in the theoretical part. To understand not only the results of the research part, but the whole work, there is also characterized competition and tournament rules and regulations. The results of the competitions following the versatility of karatekas are analyzed by the valid method in the research part of the diploma thesis, which lies in the tendency to place the medal positions in kata (set of consecutive techniques) and also in kumite (fight of two karate). Title: Management Comparison of JKA Sports Karate Association in the Czech Republic and Abroad Goals: This thesis deals with the problematic of management in sports karate organizations in selected European countries. The aim is to give suggestions for management improvement in selected organizations. The suggestions will be based on an analysis of managerial functions and subsequent comparison of Czech and foreign organizations. Methods: For this thesis I used the methods of structured non-standardized interview, descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis and comparison. Results: The results of the thesis are proposals for implementation in problematic parts of each organization. The changes are proposed in managerial functions of planning, organizing and staffing and improvement of sponsorship and promotional activities. Title: Evaluation of pain threshold by using the method of pressure algometry at selected muscular points in the area of shoulder girdle in karate practitioners. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to assess the pain threshold using the method of pressure algometry at selected muscle points while practising the technique choku-cuki in karate practitioners. Methods: The experiment is a pilot study which evaluates the pain threshold in m. latissimus dorzi, m. serratus anterior, m. trapezius pars descendent, ascendent and other selected muscles of both right and left shoulder girdles before exercising direct choku-cuki glow in the position of heiko-dachi stance and also controls the proper performance of given technique. Manual pressure algometer has been chosen as alternative objective method. Examined group consisted of ten male karate practitioners who had met the criteria specified for this study. Results: The results of measurements using pressure algometry in the muscles m. latissimus dorzi, m. serratus anterior, m. trapezius pars descendent, ascendent demonstrated that while practising the technique of the choku-cuki blow in the position of heiko-dachi stance, lowering of pain threshold in the contracted upper limb in comparison to the hitting one was observed. Title: The evolution of rules based on sports karate Objectives: The aim of this thesis was the genesis of karate in the world from its very begining until today. The main focus was to chart the rules of sports karate from its birth in Japan up to its expansion to the whole world and its present- day's condition; to define the process of changes in the rules and to compare them with other karate's Associations. This thesis also presents the major personalities who have contributed to the sports karate's rules. Methods: The methods used in this thesis are historical research and collection of secondary data such as archive data, official documents and also virtual data. The aim was to create comprehensible evolution chart and to present key data and personalities. Results: The results present the principal directions of karate which originated in Japan and also the evolution of karate's rules and their main differencies in kumite among the world's karate's Associations.
