Analysis of accessory costs of budget

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to clarify the problematics of other costs of the construction budget and to create its own percentage tariffs for survey, geodetic and project work. The methodology used in the numerical part of the thesis was based on existing knowledge. The basis of all calculations were the budgets of civic amenities provided by the municipal authorities. The result of the work are the calculated tariffs of the relevant works and their ratio to the total ancillary and other costs of the construction budget. The work also finds out what are the most common ways of valuing work in the phase of creating an offer from the perspective of suppliers.

Optimalization of Financing of the Selected Company - Cost Management

The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the cost management of a particular enterprise. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The purpose of the theoretical part is describing the subject matter and familiarizing with key terms and with the methodology of analysis of the cost management. The practical part is then focused on analysis of the current state of cost management in the enterprise ALDO Metal s.r.o which is a manufacturing company focused on custom manufacture of metal parts and units. In conclusion the overall results of the analysis are evaluated and the author outlines improvement proposals and recommendations to improve the cost management in this enterprise.

Calculation Production Costs in Firm LEXMARK, Inc .

Kalkulace výrobních nákladů společnosti Lexmark, Brno. 2009 This thesis deals with the analysis of the Price sheet used by company Lexmark and based on this analysis I recommend the potential changes of this Price sheet. The price sheet is a tool for the re-invoicing of production cost between Lexmark and production subcontractors. The first part is dedicated to the theory of cost management. The next part is practical. I present the company Lexmark, describe the structure of Price sheet, production costs and cost calculation for all types of products. I close the practical part with the specification of Price sheet strong and weak points. Base on the analysis I recommend the potential changes of Price sheet, some of them are applicable immediately and next in a longer period.

Analysis of the minute cost rate for CNC machines

This master’s thesis is focused on analysis of the minute cost rate for CNC machines. It describes cost inputs and a way of including them in the minute cost rate. Further describes creating of mathematical model, minute rates for entire CNC machine and possibilities of using of the minute rate for optimalisation. It points out that no general calculation method is existing and that there are problems with creating certain minute rate and need of individal approach.

This bachelor thesis deals with cost management in the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce an effective system of the cost management in the company and, on the basis of cost analysis and cost management, to propose submeasures to improve the current situation in a particular engineering company, all based on the information obtained and the use of theoretical knowledge. For purpose of the goal, the thesis is divided into a theoretical and an analytical part. The theoretical part is processed in the form of research of available sources. The analytical section contains information about a particular company. The benefit of this work is to identify the company's lack of cost management and design solutions that eventually lead to cost savings and more cost-effective management.

Variant Preparation of Construction Contract

The aim of thesis is to create the possibility of variant replacement material and to determine the effect of changing bid prices conducted in the building. This price changes investor serves as an important basis for decision making in supplier selection and evaluation of bids when making a tender for the implementation of the building. The practical part is focused on the variability of aggregate in mortars and concretes and compare the resulting prices of newly established budget originally assembled.
