The Business Plan of the Municipality in the Housing Sector

This diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the high-rise block of flats in the city district Brno-South. The thesis concentrates on the evaluation of the economical effectivity of this project using two ways of financing. It focuses primarily on planning of the individual finance flows of the project, which will arise in connection with the operation of the high-rise block of flats. The part of the thesis is also the calculation of the basic economic indicators in two ways of financing, by which is it possible to objectively assess the investment and evaluate the favourableness of the financing by own sources and financing by bank loan. In conclusion, the comparison of these two ways of financing will be performed.
Economic Efficiency of Investment Project

The bachelor thesis deals with the solution of the investment project "Predajňa a servis vozidiel značky Ford v Žiline". The work is devoted to the determination of cash flows and the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the implementation project and its profitability from the economic point of view. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory and explanation of terms, especially the basic concepts of business plan and approaching issues, setting priorities and goals. The theory is the most commonly used indicators of project evaluation and funding options. The second is the practical part with calculations, the application of theory to practice and reality. The conclusion of the thesis is a project evaluation.

Then I evaluate economic and financial aspects of project. In the practical section I evaluate the project in terms of economic and financial feasibility. I compare multiple project financing options. The result is finding out the best way to fund the project.

I compare the results of my findings and I am trying to find out the best variant.

The work aims to determine the economic efficiency and financial feasibility of the business plan, the construction of residential housing complex using a sensitivity analysis to determine the risk that the economic efficiency of most influence. The theoretical part of this work are the basic areas relating to the evaluation of economic efficiency, cash flow, sensitivity analysis and development project. The practical part deals with a specific project CAMPUS REZIDENČNÍ AREÁL II. Showing cash flows on the project and determining the various indicators of economic efficiency. The study also prepared a sensitivity analysis for the project scenario and determine the maximum risk that may threaten the economic efficiency of the project.

The last part of the thesis is created as a case study which is focused on an evaluation of efficiency and coordinating risks of a private investment project.
The Evaluation of the Investment Project in the Selected Company

The goal of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the complex investment project of modernization of production halls selected companies. The literature search methods are described, which were subsequently applied to the actual calculations on the basis of which were compiled cash flows of investment, determined discount rate calculations performed indicators selected from among the methods of static and dynamic. Was subsequently identified and assessed the risks associated with an investment by using Monte Carlo simulation. The conclusion of this work the company receives a recommendation whether or not to implement the project.

This thesis deals with energy self-sufficiency focusing on the independence of the electric grid. Basic line emanating project form a concrete proposal for autonomous energy supply system. Emphasis is placed primarily on photovoltaic systems, electric energy accumulation and selection of individual components of such a system. Another important part of the thesis is also an economic evaluation of design variations. The thesis also deals with a market research, and thereof derived benefit assessment of each technology. The accompanying chapters are then devoted to the history of autonomous life style or classification of buildings according to their energy performance.

This diploma thesis the return on investment associated with construction of a residential building in Olomouc. First we will award the construction according to the decree. Then, we find out the level of investments in the construction of the house. The next step will be to determine the amount of rent for individual apartments and garages. We see the return of discounted net rent. Then we find the usual price of apartments and garages. As the last step we see the usual price of the entire apartment building. We will compare, whether of profits is more profitable to rent apartments and a garage in the house, sell for apartments or sell the entire apartment building.
