The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of children's interiors and contains a brief describtion of a historical evolution of children´s rooms. The work aims to describe safety, ergonomic and hygiene rules of children´s furniture and interiors in all stages of child development. It introduces a variety of options to properly project, design, furnish and equip children´s rooms. There is also mentioned supply of appropriate children´s furniture on the market in the Czech Republic and current trends in the World as well. The bachelor thesis contains my own design of a room for children with dwarfism based on a knowledge I gained during the studies, and of course on the information I have recieved from a family of a child with dwarfism.

This Bachelor thesis deals with milk technology and factors that can influence the quantity and quality of the milk obtained. At the beginning of the thesis will bring readers to the issue from history to the present. The thesis is briefly acquainted with the anatomy and physiology of the mammary glands, the composition of milk and its significance for human. In addition, the basic concepts associated with the milk production will be briefly presented. The main part of the thesis is devoted to three basic technologies, namely housing technology, feed technology and milking technology. In each of these chapters, the most used practices and their impact on performance will be listed and described. In the last part of the theses, the author deals with the sanitation of milking parlors, the milking and storing equipment, the control of milk quality and risks, which can adversely affect the quality of the final product.

Bachelor thesis is focused on dairy cow housing systems from perspective of creating optimal housing conditions. Work is based on general knowledge of milk production of cow and it describes the most common housing systems. Also is concerned about hygiene issues of housing dairy cattle and welfare with the aim of encouraging comfort. From the literature rewiev was found that improved cow comfort has a positive effect on productivity and thus affects the economy of farm.

The name of the Bachelor´s thesis is The Evaluation of the Convection Oven as a device for the heating process of meat and meat products and it focuses on smoking primarily. It also contains the characteristics and the description of the convection oven as a gastro equipment for the heating process. The thesis deals with all meat issues including chemical composition, meat characteristics, meat conservation and methods of the heating process. In the second part of my thesis, I focus on smoking which has served as a way of conservation since an ancient times. It is the drying of meat surface and aroma and effecting of smoke constituents arises pyrolysis of wood.

This Bachelors Thesis, deals with the issues surrounding children’s playgrounds – safety and importance, hygiene, game elements, vegetation and used material. Ten playground catalogues were created according to the methodologies of the Bachelors Degree. Out of these ten, one was chosen and put forward as the model, the different aspects as mentioned above including quality and quantity were then closely analysed and are detailed within the works presented. This includes: photographic images, charts and locations of playgrounds on blind maps.

This thesis deals with alimentary diseases in selected countries of Southeast Asia. The theoretical part of the thesis describes food safety and nutritional sufficiency, which is often related to individual alimentary diseases. They are divided according to the originators of the disease to viral, bacterial and parasitic. The ways of the most common transmission of the disease agent, their progression, prevalence and incidence in the three selected countries of Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand and Myanmar) are described for the following diseases: rotavirus infections and hepatitis, cholera and typhoid, schistosomiasis and taeniasis. Important risk factors that significantly affect the occurrence of these foodborne diseases are defined in the thesis. The most serious foodborne diseases in Southeast Asia are typhoid fever, norovirus infections and hepatitis A. The most effective preventive measures are vaccination programs, improved personal and communal hygiene and access to safe water.

Bachelor thesis processes topic about the prevention of dental caries in schoolchildren of district Tábor. Bachelor thesis is divided into two part. In teoretical part will be granted the general informativeness about the origins of dental caries and tooth anatomy. Also will be set oíut measures to prevent tooth decay and familiarization with preventive programmes for children. The aim of practical part will analyse thw level of parent knowlege on prevention and awareness of causes dental caries and the possibilities for preventive action. I´m getting information throught questionnaires. The investigation showed that parents should pay more attention to the dental hygiene of their children.

The first part focuses on European and Czech legislativ and describes the specific requirements for operators of the meat company. The main part of thesis pays attention to hygiene during slaughtering, preparation, in the processing of the carsase and hygiene in the production of meat products. It also deals with the most frequently used technological processes in the slaughtering, cutting and meat production. The final selection deals with methods used in assessing the quality of meat and meat products. The practical part focuses on technology and hygiene of meat production in small meat company Řeznictví a uzenářství Jan Pavlíček s.r.o. located in Náměšť nad Oslavou.
