The influence of the major players in the labour market on solving unemployment in Litomerice region

Diploma thesis "The influence of the major players in the labour market on solving unemployment in Litomerice region." is dealing with the problem of long-term unemployment through cooperation in the field of major players in the labor market. Current employment policy objectives, based on the strategy of "Europe 2020" puts the emphasis on efficient use of active employment policy, which is one of the major tools for dealing with unemployment. This work addresses the layed out issues at the local level of Litomerice region, knowledge of the local labor market and job opportunities supports meaningful use of these tools. Developing cooperation with all actors in the labor market supports the complexity of employment programs, which may positively affect the development of employment opportunities at the regional level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current state of cooperation in tackling unemployment and develop proposals to improve the use of all available options when dealing with unemployment. Labour market developments in the period 2005-2015

This diploma thesis addresses the issue of the analysis of labor market developments in the period 2005-2015, especially the development of indicators of employment and unemployment. In the first, theoretical part, is the method used literature review, in this part of the basic concepts and theoretical background on the labor market as employment, unemployment, economic activity, economic crisis. Attention is also paid to indicators which are used in the practical part. The second part is practical, includes data analysis and indicators of employment and unemployment on the labor market in the Czech Republic, for which purposes the analysis of selected data from the Labour Force Survey. The third and final part of the thesis is focused on a comprehensive analysis period 2005-2015. In the final analysis it shows that despite the fact that the Czech labor market observed in the negative sense of economic crisis, its impact had long-term consequences, but resulted in the period of 2009-2011, and in subsequent years has been some labor market indicators show positive values again.

For the bachelor thesis was chosen the topic "The influence of longterm unemployment on work motivation." Specifically, the issue of returning to work after maternity / parental leave. The reason for selecting the personal experiences of finding employment after maternity / parental leave and personal experience with the course "Education for women / men on maternity / parental leave". Also, nationwide importance of the topic and a certain marginalization. Bachelor thesis is focused on the unemployed in Rokycany in the Pilsen region. In this work, access to the statistics of the Labour Office Pilsen. From the statistics were obtained data on the unemployment situation in the region. The aim is to penetrate into the problems of parents returning to work after maternity / parental leave and assess what effect the return of a specialized course completion. This work compares success in finding jobs for the unemployed who have completed a specialized course and who does not. The data was electronically distributed among the participants of the above mentioned course through questionnaire survey, also part was filled with the long-term unemployed parents after maternity / parental leave, in cooperation with the Labour Office in Rokycany. On the basis of information obtained from the literature and from a personal investigation are drawn appropriate conclusions, tested set of statistical hypotheses and draw recommendations for practice.
Analysis of unemployment in the selected region

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of unemployment in the Region of Liberec between years 2004 and 2014. The theoretical part of thesis the work defines basic concepts concerning the unemployment, describes different types of unemployment, classes of the risk groups of unemployed people and also main instruments for the employment policy. The second part focuses on the Region of Liberec, its characteristics and it analyzes unemployment with respect to individual criteria. It also evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the region. The data for the analysis are captured in the form of tables and graphs. In the conclusion there is a summary of recommendations, which could help to improve the situation of labor market in the Region of Liberec.

In the second part of the main part there is the evaluation. Two hundred respondents were given a questionnaire by means of Employment office in Klatovy. Their answers were evaluated and elaborated into tables and diagrams and quantified. The list of source material, publications and web-based material is alphabetically listed. In the enclosure part there is the questionnaire, used in the research and filled by the target group -- short time and long time unemployed people registered by the Employment office in Klatovy.
