Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nezaměstnanosti v okrese Liberec v letech 2004/2014. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy týkající se problematiky nezaměstnanosti, popisuje hlavní druhy nezaměstnanosti, zobrazuje různé rizikové skupiny nezaměstnaných osob, a také popisuje hlavní nástroje politiky zaměstnanosti. Druhá část se zaměřuje na samotný okres Liberec, jeho charakteristiku a analyzuje nezaměstnanost z hlediska jednotlivých kritérií. Druhá část také vymezuje slabé a silné stránky okresu, jeho příležitosti a hrozby. Údaje pro analýzu jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. V závěru jsou shrnuta doporučená opatření, která by bylo vhodné provést pro zlepšení situace na pracovním trhu v okrese Liberec. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of unemployment in the Region of Liberec between years 2004 and 2014. The theoretical part of thesis the work defines basic concepts concerning the unemployment, describes different types of unemployment, classes of the risk groups of unemployed people and also main instruments for the employment policy. The second part focuses on the Region of Liberec, its characteristics and it analyzes unemployment with respect to individual criteria. It also evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the region. The data for the analysis are captured in the form of tables and graphs. In the conclusion there is a summary of recommendations, which could help to improve the situation of labor market in the Region of Liberec.
