WINERY MARCINČÁK NOVOSEDLY
Milošová, Vendula ; Hudeček, Vladimír (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Bečkovská, Tereza (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is based on an architectural study of the subject Atelier's work AG032 and a design study of the subject of the Comprehensive Project AG036. The award contained several requests from the investor. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new-build winery in the village of Novosedly. Sorted parcels with parcel numbers 5844/2, 5764/29, 5764/55 and 5764/3 on which the building project is located and is located in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Novosedly. The main access to the property is from the main road 414 and further along the asphalt road, which also serves as a cycleway. The building is situated near the property boundary, i.e. its northwest side. From the very situation emerges the basic concept of the project, which is to try to build a new domination of the village, while respecting the surroundings of the vineyards. One of the goals is to combine production, tasting and accommodation into one complex whole. The final design was influenced by the view of long-distance views from the area to the surrounding area (on Pálava) and another equally important one, by the creation of a resting place and meeting of people who go specifically for wine tasting or a selfless view of the surrounding area. The proposed building is two-storey, partially sunk in the terrain, when I took advantage of a large high jump in the terrain. On the first floor there is wine production and storage for subsequent export or preservation of wine. On the second above-ground floor there are areas for visitors, namely tasting and accommodation. A characteristic feature of the building is the saddle roof, which floats on the Old Mountain, thanks to considerable glass and lightening by means of columns. An important point of the proposal is the creation of a closed but open space (courts).
Winery Sekt Jan Petrák
Zrníková, Kamila ; Myslín, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
Based on the architectural study of AG33 studio, this bachelor’s thesis on theme of family winery Sekt Jan Petrák was created. The bachelor thesis develops the architectural study up to the Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The plot is situated in the centre of Kobylí, in the South Moravia Region. There is currently located a terraced house and an production building which does not suit current demands of the owners for housing nor for production of wine and sparkling wine. The requirement was to create a new house and production building with preservation and utilization of the existing production building, as well as appropriately placed product shop and tasting space. The mass solution of my design is based on the original terraced houses with gutters to street of South Moravia. The house continues to existing buildings in size and shape of the roof. By contrast, the public part of production building is turned gable wall to the street, and combination with courtyard entry closes the line on terraced houses and continues in looser buildings. In addition to the modification of the traditional housing type, the new entrance elements are morphology of windows and hidden gutters. The gable wall of the public part is glass fronted and creates dominant, easily identifiable element in the street view. Materials are chosen simple and clean, with reference to the production function of the building. White plaster, exposed brick, black tile roofing and zinc coated façade elements and flashing are predominant.

Family winery Plchut Mutěnice
Tušlová, Klára ; Bílek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the new building of the Plchut family winery in Mutěnice. The work is based on a previously developed study in the subject ag032 – studio of architectural creation ii. The proposed building is located in the wine region in the village of Mutěnice in the district of Hodonín. Vinařská street runs along the southern side of the property, where there is a paved road. There is a railway line near the road, which is oriented in the direction of Mutěnice - Zaječí. The plot itself is located on the northwestern slope of zadní hora at an altitude of 183 m above sea level. The plot is in the shape of a five-sided polygon with an area of 4,548 m2. Part of the plot on the south side is half flat, the middle of the plot is slightly sloping and the northern part has a relatively large elevation. The entrance to the plot is possible from Vinařská street or from the paved road along the western side. The structure of the winery consists of four building units, with alternating heights and types of roofs. The production part consists of two buildings that are connected into one unit with separate entrances to the individual parts. This part is entirely single-storey and its elevation is considerable compared to the other part of the winery. The second part, which is smaller in size, is used for representation. It consists of two buildings, one is two-storey and the other one-storey with an accessible terrace. In the representative part there is a wine shop, tasting room, administration, accommodation for 4 people, sanitary facilities and entrance to the second floor. The structure has no basement. The ceiling above the 1st floor is made of prestressed ceiling panels with a thickness of 200 mm. The roof of the building consists of two gable roofs and a flat roof, which is partly covered with vegetation and partly designed as a wooden terrace. The vertical structures are made of Porotherm ceramic ground fittings.
