Correction of flatheads on the example of child ice hockey
Wied, Klára ; Čichoň, Rostislav (advisor) ; Půlpán, Rudolf (referee)
Title: Correction of flat- bed on example of children's ice hockey Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine whether and how the flat-foot affects the performance of the individual (speed and style of skating) and how the correction works (application of thermoplastic insole and tape). The issue of flat feet in sports can be related to other issues of the musculoskeletal system and the associated injuries. Therefore, if the correction proves that has a positive effect, it will prevent further damage during the load in this sport. Methods: It is going to be an empirical-theoretical study with an experiment. The probands (research participants) will be first examined on a podoscope. During the examination, photo documentation of the dorsal foot load with focus on the Achilles tendon line will be taken. In addition, will be made to plantogram to each participant, followed by a diagnosis of flat feet. Finally, I will examine the foot pressure load with an F-scan in regular shoes, ice skates and ice skates with a correction aid (tape). Subsequently, I compare the load rate without and with the correction aid in the ice skate, and assess whether and how (with respect to performance) the correction aid aids in optimum foot pressure distribution or increase individual performance. Results: I found...
Color Correction for 3D scanner and 3D printer
Kratochvíla, Michael ; Dorazil, Jan (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with color correction of a chain that starts with the 3D Artec MHT scanner, and ends with the 3D printers (CJP – Color Jet Printing technology). In principle, it is necessary to control the color interpretation of the entire chain from the scanning of real models to the 3D print model. With color properties and their color shade, including color textures. The principle of model surface scanning using a 3D scanner is in the same principle as photo camera which scans using a conventional CMOS chip. For this reason, color palettes were scanned using the photo camera and the resulting digital data were analyzed by the Darktable software. This analysis consisted of comparing the scanned color shades of the surface with the spectrofotometer measured data. The main goal of this method was to achieve color precision in the digital data during their acquirement, adjustment and interpretation. Then the same principle was applied to the data acquired by the 3D scanner to create an ICC profile of the 3D scanner. Because the 3D printer (CJP – Color Jet Printing) uses the same principle as the 2D printer, the 2D printing device calibration principle was used again to calibrate it. There have been defined procedures that adjust the color shade to the spectrophotometrically correct shades of the resulting print on a 3D printer. Color swatches were also printed for print quality verification. It has been found that with photo camera, which was used for objective measurement in the L*a*b* coordinates of independent space, any color setting and their adjustment is very sensitive to even small imprecisions. It has been found that it is not easy to obtain accurate colors within the Detla E
Quantification of Relaxation Time T1 in DCE-MRI
Vitouš, Jiří ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Jiřík, Radovan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with methods of T1 relaxation time quantification and B1 magnetic field inhomogeneities corrections. For purposes of the required measurements, the phantom was created using a 3D printer. Firstly the thesis presents information about a given theme, then it hands out the results of measurements taken using standard quantification methods. These methods are consequently analyzed and compared. Next part of the bachelor thesis deals with the fast method based on a variable flip angle (VFA), which needs a magnetic field B1 correction maps to give reasonable T1 estimates. For this purpose, two methods of B1 correction are presented. The first method is a double angle method and second is based on mapping magnetic field B1 using a reference T1 map. To decide which T1 map of which method should be used as a reference, a simple simulation is proposed, which describes the impact of unfavorable effects, such as B1 itself, on the T1 estimate of standard methods. In the end, the conclusions are made and the results of VFA methods are compared with standard methods of quantification.

Assessing the impact of manual corrections in the Groningen Meaning Bank
Weck, Benno ; Lopatková, Markéta (advisor) ; Vidová Hladká, Barbora (referee)
The Groningen Meaning Bank (GMB) project develops a corpus with rich syntactic and semantic annotations. Annotations in GMB are generated semi-automatically and stem from two sources: (i) Initial annotations from a set of standard NLP tools, (ii) Corrections/refinements by human annotators. For example, on the part-of-speech level of annotation there are currently 18,000 of those corrections, so called Bits of Wisdom (BOWs). For applying this information to boost the NLP processing we experiment how to use the BOWs in retraining the part-of-speech tagger and found that it can be improved to correct up to 70% of identified errors within held-out data. Moreover an improved tagger helps to raise the performance of the parser. Preferring sentences with a high rate of verified tags in retraining has proven to be the most reliable way. With a simulated active learning experiment using Query-by-Uncertainty (QBU) and Query-by- Committee (QBC) we proved that selectively sampling sentences for retraining yields better results with less data needed than random selection. In an additional pilot study we found that a standard maximum-entropy part-of-speech tagger can be augmented so that it uses already known tags to enhance its tagging decisions on an entire sequence without retraining a new model first. Title: Analysis of didactic interaction with selected handball teams Objectives: The aim is to analyze the behavior and speech of coaches from various clubs in the female junior category during three matches at a tournament, record the results and then compare their average values per match with each other and with the theory. The final assessment will show values from a truncated system of analysis didactic interaction (ADI) and in particular the ratio of the average values from selected subcategories among the coaches. Methods: We received the data from coaches in the form of a voice recording. The evaluation of the obtained data is numerical forms - tables and graph. Results: According to the theory, coaches should praise their charges and correct their mistakes. This corresponds with the obtained results. During practices, information is relayed using a dominant form of expression and praise is minimal. Also, the rate of correction in comparison to the rate of observation was low. Key words: Coach, match, correction, children, handball, ADI
