Apartment Building in Ledeč nad Sázavou

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of a proposed new apartment building in Havlíčkova Street in Ledeč nad Sázavou. It is a free-standing four-storey and non-basement building. On the first floor there is a garage, cellar, utility room, cleaning room, laundry room, carriage house and lounge, which can be used for rent. The other floors are made up of residential units. There are 9 housing units. Structurally, the building is solved by a transverse load-bearing system, made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with an external contact thermal insulation system, internationally referred to by the abbreviation ETICS. The roofing of the building is solved by a non-walkable single-skin flat roof with an attic made of TPO waterproofing roofing foil. The foundation of the building will be on the foundation strips. The house is located in undeveloped, slightly sloping land. An uncovered parking space with a capacity of 14 parking spaces for cars and a playground will be set up on the plot. During the design, demands were made for increased comfort in use with almost zero energy consumption.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in the southwestern part of the village Holubice. The building is designed as a detached building with four above-ground and one underground floor partly below ground level. In the apartment building with a single-layered flat roof, there are 8 residential units, technical facilities and house equipment. There is also a designed elevator in the building. The drawing part is processed using the AutoCad program, the visualization is processed in the ArchiCad and Lumion program.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to design and develop design documentation for a new apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem with almost zero energy consumption in construction. The building is designed as a five-storey building with four above-ground and one underground floor. There are a total of 10 apartments on the above-ground. Elevator will be in the building. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from geramic brick blocks with a contact thermal insulation system made of EPS polystyrene on above-ground and on underground floor are used the permanent form work with a contact thermal insulation system made of XPS polystyrene. The foundation structures are made of foundation strips made of plain concrete. The ceiling structures are made from reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located on the southern outskirts of the city of Brno in the Brno - Jih district, in the part of the village Přízřenice on flat terrain. The building is designed as a free-standing building with four above-ground floors and one underground floor completely sunk below ground level. In the underground part of the apartment building there is a technical background of the building and individual cellar cubicles for the housing units. There are twelve residential units in the above-ground part of the building, three units on each floor. Housing units on the ground floor are complemented by terraces, housing units on other floors are complemented by balconies and loggias. A barrier-free entrance to the building is designed. An elevator is also designed in the building. The above-ground part of the apartment building is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The external load-bearing walls in the basement are monolithic made of reinforced concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. A single-skin flat roof is designed for the apartment building. The building is based on foundation strips. The building is designed parking with a sufficient number of parking spaces. The house is designed according to the requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Such a requirement has been achieved through heat recovery and building envelope parameters.

The subject of this bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a new apartment building and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located on the outskirts of the village Jiříkovice on a flat plot. The building is designed as a detached building with an underground floor and four above-ground floors. The individual floors are connected by staircase and a lift. The above-ground part of the building contains seven residential units. The underground part of the building contains a collective garage and technical facilities of the house. In the collective garage of the apartment building there are six parking spaces, of which one parking space for people with reduced mobility and orientation, and three outdoor parking spaces in front of the entrance to the underground collective garage. The vertical supporting structures of the above-ground part of the building are made of ceramic blocks and in the underground part they are monolithic made of reinforced concrete. Horizontal supporting structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is based on foundation strips, insulated with a contact thermal insulation system and covered with a warm flat roof.
Mixed-use building

The subject of this thesis is a new mixed-use building in Brno in the part of Pisárky. The building will have one basement and four aboveground floors. In the basement will be a collective garage and apartment accessories. In the ground floor are designed offices for rent. On the first to fourth floor are designed eight flats. The main entrance to the building and the entrance to the property is situated on the northeast side of Vinařská street. The mixed-use house is designed from a wall structural system. The basement basement, first floor and staircase space is designed of lime-sand blocks, with a ceiling construction of monolithic iron concrete slabs. The bearing structure of the second to fourth floors is designed as a timber structure building. The roof structure will be double-skinned, flat with a vegetation layer with extensive greenery.
Apartment Building near the Stromovka Park

This bachelor thesis contains design documentation of a new apqrtment building in Ceske Budejovice near the town park. It is a four storey object with basement, containing seven apartments, common area and a rentable lounge. The structure of the building is designed as masonry system manufactured by Porotherm, outside walls have a contact thermal isulation. Only the basement walls are made of permanent concrete framework. Balconies and terraces for every apartment are supported by reinforced concrete columns. Roof is designed as flat, stabilised by gravel. The design was concentrated on high user comfort and overall modern concept of apartment building.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of a home for the elderly, a home with a special regime in the form of project documentation for the construction. The house is designed as stand-alone and wheelchair accessible. The building is partly basement, with four above-ground floors. On the first floor there are social and operational spaces of the home for seniors and there is also commercial use. The other above-ground floors include individual client rooms and operational background. The construction system of the whole building is a transverse wall. The building is based on concrete foundation. The external wall is made of clay block and the floor structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced slab. Basement loadbearing masonry is monolithic reinforced concrete. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete and a lift is in the mirror of the staircase. The object is roofed with warm flat roof. Other part of this thesis is an assessment of building physics and fire safety requirements.

The thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation. The student house will be located in the city of Ostrava. The building has 4 above-ground floors with partial basement .The basement will for the most part serve as a technical facilities. On the first floor there will be rooms - reception, reception, office, bicycle room, café, small shop, gym, copy center, facilities and hygienic room. Residential units are located on 2 to 4 floors. There will be 26 residential units - single and double, total for 54 persons. Each residential cell has its own sanitary facilities and a kitchenette. The building is designed as a masonry system. The load-bearing masonry in the basement is from a lost formwork of 300 mm. external wall and internal supporting masonry of above-ground floors of clay masonry, Therm type, 300 mm. The warm flat roof is extensive, with a fall of 3%.
