The Trutnov Hospital, Pavilion B - The gross superstructure

The subject matter of the bachelor’s thesis is the structurally technical resolution of the gross superstructure of a pavilion B, which is situated in the area of the Trutnov hospital. The pavilion consists of a four-storey ferroconcrete monolithic framework. The thesis contains a technical report, a report of the construction site equipment, the traffic stance in the surroundings of the construction site, the solution of the traffic alinements for the transport of materials, a draft of a mechanical assembly, a technological prescription of the monolithic structures, an adjudication of a crane and a concrete pump, a safety and a health protection at work, the environmental protection, the inspection and test plan, a timetable, the budget of the gross superstructure and a resource limit.

Office building of brewery in Černá Hora, technological solution of roofing stage.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a roof construction for a building used as an administrative centre at the Černá hora brewery. The attachments provide a solution in forms of a wooden roof frame and a flat roof constructed from tie beams. The thesis contains the technological procedures for constructing both variants of roofing, principles according to which is the construction organised, safety and health measures taken on the construction site, design of the mechanical assembly, time plan, controlling and testing plans for both variants and construction details.

Subject of this master´s thesis is project planning and management of construction of Apartment building in Brno. This thesis involves engineering report, block plan and block plan drawing, time schedulings, project of site equipment, design of machine formation, technological regulation of eartworks and nailig wall, test plan of eartworks and nailig wall, work safety for rough structure and budget of rough structure.

RESIDENTAL BUILDING SLAVKOV U BRNA. TECHNOLOGICAL PHASE OF FINISHING WORKS.

In the thesis I deal with the internal finishing work of a residential building in Slavkov u Brna. I elaborated in detail the technical regulations for the implementation of internal partition walls, interior plaster and floor structures. For floor structures I developed to compare the spreading layers under which I has elected a suitable material for this construction. This part is followed by the appropriate machine assembly, quality control work, the draft site facilities and transport links. I has also drawn up a sustainability plan object, construction budget and schedule of work.

The diploma‘s thesis solves the realization of the storage hall and the other building operations. There are detailed follow up the technological rules for demolition work, special foundation – drilled piles and assembling of steel construction. This master’s thesis deals with construction of the gross building of new building of learning complex FEKT VUT in Brno. It contains the design of earthworks, underground setting piles, monolithic structures and isolation of the building for further construction. Construction and technological project includes technical report, time and financial plan of construction, study of the implementation of major technological stages of site preparation, budget of facilities, technological regulation to solved stages, inspection and test plan of monolithic structures, health and safety plan and energy label of objects.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to process a construction-technological project of the building in the area Rotana. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable implementation procedure of the building. The thesis deals with the time schedule of the main object, itemized budget, major building machines and mechanisms, project of site equipment, study of the main construction phase realization, plan for securing material resources, technical report, time and financial object plan. The thesis also focused on the comparison bracing of foundation with the slopes.

Building technology project thesis contains principles of organization of construction site equipment including drawing, technological regulations for insulation system, scaffoldings and two variants of flat roofs, budget and schedule, design mechanical assembly, wider relations routes, quality requirements and ensure and sources of risk. The work includes also comparing the cost of construction of two variants of flat roofs from the financial, time and technological aspects

The Bachelor thesis deals with the construction and technology studies of the silage trough in Litkovice village. For this specific construction project will be primarily compiled a technology study of the main technological stages implementation, a technical and case report, principles of construction organization, a construction site technical report, a technological regulativ for concrete sump, health and safety regulatives at a construction site, a inspection and test plan for concreting the sump wall, a construction project time-schedule, a budget for both projects - SO01 silage trough and SO02 sump.
