Conceptual study of the gripping mechanism for the forging
Smolík, Martin ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The result of the work is an overview study of the technology of gripping forgings and Conceptual design of the gripping mechanism of the railbound forging manipulator. Main dimensions are based on the entered values for the load capacity of the manipulator up to 20 tons and the limiting clamping diameters of 245 mm to 1250 mm. The construction of the mechanism is based on technical solutions used by ŽĎAS a.s. within the model line of QKK manipulators. Subsequently, a suitable kinematic solution was proposed, supplemented by dimensions corresponding to the assignment. Basic analytical calculations are performed to verify the correct choice of the dimensions of the connecting pins. The final form of the mechanism is shown in the attached drawing documentation.
Material Handling Platform
Bábek, Tomáš ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on constructional design of workshop handling platform which is driven by linear hydraulic motor. First the types of gripping of linear hydraulic motor are described. Next part contains drafted solutions of handling platform construction. Important part of thesis is composed of statistical computing of machinery parts and their strenght computations within the frame of designed proportions. Afterwards the bearings are chosen according to thickness of shaft and the hydraulic motor and the diagram of hydraulic circuit are designed. At last controlling computations are done and assembly and weldment drawings are created.
Design of Handheld Anemometer
Valentová, Radka ; Rubínová, Dana (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a handheld anemometer. The main issues addressed are the ease of operation during use, the shaping for a more secure but ergonomic grip, the coherence of the shape of the anemometer in relation to the propeller and other parts. The design should meet both ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. The overall design of the shaping of the product is simple and functional. The handheld anemometer has a wide range of applications and can be used in other sectors besides sports and recreational activities.
Design of automatic inserting the inserts to the injection moulding machine
Strnad, Jiří ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the liners automated insertion into the injection molding machine form. The task and the new construction requirements are specified in the first part. Further, the analysis of the problematics is performed. There are the possibilities of the orientation, gripping and manipulation with the part described in more details. The second part contains the suggestion of solution options and the structural design of the chosen option that is supplemented by the dimensioning of selected structural elements. The thesis includes the 3D model created in the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018 application and the drawing documentation of selected construction nodes.
Possibilities of the Tensile Test
Nevřivý, David ; Harant, Martin (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the possibilities of tensile testing, the parameters of the test specimens, testing machines and the equipment which can be used in this test. Based on the literature review, the thesis explains the test principle, the measurement process and the strain and stress characteristics detected by the test. The thesis then focuses on the test specimens, their geometry, the method of their sampling and gripping into the machine. When describing the machines and equipment used in tensile testing, the thesis explains the functionality of these and their different types. The work also covers special types of tensile tests, namely those using elevated temperature, high-speed deformation, and cyclic or multiaxial stress. The final part of the thesis examines the current trend of evaluating the tensile test using 3D optical measurement systems
Description of tool systems in machine tools
Kachyňa, Stanislav ; Foller, Bronislav (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis summarises knowledge from area of tool systems in machine tools used at machines aimed on non-rotating parts production. It describes processes, methods and tools in use. Main target of the thesis is to make an overview above this problems and summarize the classics and modern ways of machine tools development in production process.
Proposal end effector for industrial robot
Dvorník, Jan ; Merenus, Ondřej (referee) ; Budík, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the distribution of end effectors used in industrial robotics. The first part describes the basic types of industrial robots. Further deals with division and description types of end effectors. Subsequently, it describes the proces of design and selection of the gripper module. The last part includes connectivity solutions for robot grippers, a proposal power, control and calculation gripping forces.
Electric Violin
Domorád, Petr ; Bělohlávek, Jan (referee) ; Zdařil, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the new design of electric violins. The aim of the work is to break away from the stereotypes and traditional forms of baroque acoustic violins, which are in the design of electric violins often occur . Electric Violin therefore become a kind of substitute for classical violin , this may include a specific instrument , which allows to experiment with violin tones considerably richer . The new design of the shape electric violin should be ergonomically correct for easy violin , but interesting , new and unusual . When designing and manufacturing must be some part of classical violin left ( eg the shape of the neck or fingerboard ) . These parts may slightly vary because each said portion has a specific role to play violin . Proposal for violin based on the basic ergonomic features violin. From classical violin are left only parts which are to preserve functionality may change shape. Three into the protruding part of the body support a comfortable grip of instrument and mechanics, which is located at its ends , allows adjustability holding of instrument by violinist characters . Violin comply with rotational symmetry , which is an advantage , since the instrument can be used right-handed and left-handed. The proposal addresses the fact that the various components do not interfere with the violin ( eg potentiometers for volume and tone controls or instrument input cable for connecting the instrument to the apparatus ) . As these details when control may not see a violinist , but is usually controlled through hearing , are placed in the bottom of the hull of the violin , where playing the violin will not mind a useless way. The material used for the prototype of a violin is wood (possible combinations of various different types of wood for a better visual effect and to promote the curves of the body tools), which, after milling the surface treatment and paint several layers of lacquer . Components for attaching strings and adjustable drives are made of metal. Electronics, which is mounted inside the cavity of the tool body is bought, the additional component.
Design of Lacquer Thickness Meter
Rzyman, Michal ; Sládek, Josef (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a device designed to measure the thickness of the paint. The aim of the thesis is to design a device that is visually attractive and has a well-designed ergonomics. The result of the work is a hand-held device that comes out of the shape of a pen. The grip parts are designed from soft plastic and the buttons are appropriately spaced. The whole device is designed in an elegant shape inspired by the automotive industry. Particular benefits for this area can be, above all, these things. Compact shaping, using the latest technology, namely USB type C, electronic gyroscope or Transreflex LCD display. The overall benefit of the work is a different new look at the traditional design and the whole concept of measuring devices.
