The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the information system in Woodensky SK and the proposal for its efficiency improvement. The theoretical part is focused on definition of basic terms and description of selected analytical methods. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of society and the analysis of its information system Oberon. Subsequently, the thesis proposes changes and procedures to solve them, which should improve the current state of the information system.

The content of the bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in the upgrade of the enterprise information system. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes the theoretical background of the thesis necessary for the subsequent processing of the project. The second part contains the own analysis of the technical solution, which is focused on the technical specification of the solution. In the third part, a concrete project plan is developed by using project management tools and methods.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the application of acquired knowledge, tools, and methods of project management in the implementation of an ERP system project for a client. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on the basic concepts related to the topic and is subsequently utilized in the other parts of the work. The analytical part examines the current state of the company AUTOCONT and its approach to project management. The final proposal section builds upon the analytical part and is dedicated to proposing solutions to the project using project management tools and methods.

Řešení dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů v podnikovém informačním systému

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zkoumat dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy ve vybrané účetní společnosti, vyhodnotit použití dvou subsystémů z hlediska podnikového informačního systému vybrané společnosti kvůli tvorbě a udržování užitečných vztahů se zákazníky a dodavateli. Práce se zaměřuje na základní pojmy, kam patří pohledávky, závazky, dodavatelé, zákazníci. Zabývá se problémy, které můžou v účetnictví nastat, jsou to například nedobytné pohledávky. Práce také popisuje dva podnikové informační systémy, subsystémy: pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky a pro práci s dodavatelským řetězcem. Konkrétně je charakterizován vybraný podnik a informační systém, který podnik využívá a jsou zhodnoceny jeho výhody a nevýhody. Snahou je navrhnout možná zlepšení pro zpracování dat v oblasti dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů, aby tak podnik mohl dosahovat vyšší konkurenceschopnosti.

Analýza a návrh reportingu reálných nákladů materiálu

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a následný návrh a vývoj reportingové aplikace. Reportingová aplikace má za cíl zobrazovat reálné náklady na materiál a stát se novou aplikací v portfoliu společnosti SAP. Popis teoretických východisek, jež jsou využívaná dále v práci, je obsažen v první části práce. V následující kapitole je uveden popis současného stavu, spolu s provedenými analýzami vybrané společnosti. V poslední kapitole jsou analyzovaná možná rizika, na které navazuje samotný návrh řešení. V závěru je ekonomické zhodnocení projektu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the WordsOnline information system of the JONCKERS company and the proposal for its efficiency and security improvement. The thesis also includes a closer look at the current state of the company, which is based on the analyzes used. Analysis of the current state of the company and its information system is based on theoretical background. Subsequently, the thesis contains solution proposals, which goal is an improvement of information system weaknesses and by it achieve higher efficiency and security.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the selection and implementation of an information system for a company with a large stock, dealing with the creation of public and private events. The company has significant requirements for quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost that will be taken into account when choosing a system. After selecting the information system, the implementation process and costs calculation will be developed.
