The Concept of a Development Center as an Effective Tool of Human Resource Managment

This Master’s thesis is concentrating on the creation of a Development Center for the well-established firm TRANSPED-SOC, Ltd., which has branches in different places of the Czech Republic with a view on dispose agent. In this work we can find a written education system in the firm TRANSPED-SOC, Ltd., which is meant to help with the examination of the education of the employees. The main point is the creation of a competent model for a group of dispose agents, individual and group model-situations derived from the model, design and description other methods, a timing schedule for the Development Center and data sheets. The created Development Center is evaluated and written contributions are the results for the firm TRANSPED-SOC, Ltd.
The Recruitment Process At The Call Centre RWE

The aim of the bachelors thesis is to analyse the recruitment process at Call centre RWE, explore untapped labour market, identify strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process and make suggestions to improve current labour situation. Thesis is divided into two sections - theoretical and practical. Theoretical section describes terms and theory of recruitment. Practical section consists of the description of the company, current situation in recruitment at the Call centre RWE, results of the research and strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process together with the suggestions for increasing its outcome. The research included these topics - student employment, popularity of the position call centre operator, RWEs employer brand especially its attractiveness and the recruitment campaign.
Use of social media for recruitment in the Czech and Slovak republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the useage of social media in recruitment process in Czech and Slovak republic. The work consists of two parts. In the first, theoretical part of my work I introduce basic definitions of this work. The second part focuses on practical comparison of the useage of social media in the recruitment process of new employees in the Czech and Slovak republic companies and also among Czech and Slovak students of Informatics. The final part of the work is devoted to analyze the results obtained from questionnaires between Czech and Slovak students of Informatics and interviews with recruiters working in the Czech and Slovak IT companies. The analyse shows that as well as Czech companies also Slovak companies use in the recruitment process of new employees social networks Facebook and LinkedIn. The social networking sites Twitter and GooglePlus companies do not use at all. According to the results of the analyse among students, the social network LinkedIn is the most popular whereas the other networks (Facebook, Twitter, GooglePlus) do not raise significant demand among students.

The aim of this work is to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company RADIOMETER Ltd., to evaluate the results of the analysis and recommend measures that will improve the process. The work is divided into four parts. Introductory, theoretical, practical part and conclusion. In the first part I will introduce the objectives and progress of the thesis. In the theoretical part are defined terms recruitment and selection of employees. In the practical part the company analyzed, displayed structure of employees in the company and analyzed the process of recruitment and selection of staff. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and recommendations for the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with selection and recruitment of employees in selected company. In theoretical part of this thesis I define fundamental terms of human resources management. I particularly focus on acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees, which are one of the most important things that every single company has to deal with. I gained theoretical knowledge from a professional literature. In practical part of this thesis I analyze and describe system of selection and recruitment of employees in s. n. o. p. cz a. s. Further, I did an interview and present its findings. The conclusion of this part contains an evaluation of the hiring process and suggestions to improve that process in this company.
Human Resources Management in an organization

The basis for practical research are theoretical definitions which tell what human resources contains and which is its individual parts. It comprises the entire process from analysis of job positions to termination of employment. The thesis describes the current model of organization of the human resources in a particular company and is aimed at exploring its effectiveness. It studies the overall rate of employees satisfaction with the model using anonymous questionnaire. The results of the anonymous questionnaire for employees are then used to propose more effective changes to the current model of human resource management. My aim was to get the overview of the employees satisfaction, in which parts they are not satisfied and suggest changes. The results can be beneficial for the company. They can provide greater satisfaction of their employees.
Human resources management in selected organization

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the human resources management in a chosen or-ganisation. This topic is currently very up-to-date and discussed since employees are the most important factor for the proper functioning of an organisation. Human resources include mainly experience, skills and knowledge that every employee brings to the organisation. Another important thing is the willingness of workers to share this knowledge and experience and to use them to benefit the organisation. As already mentioned, human resources are the most important capital of the organisation. That is why it is worth to invest in human resources and to motivate them. For the analysis of human resources, Československá obchodní banka has been chosen, which is a universal bank that provides its services to all groups of clients. i. e. individu-als as well as SME, corporate and institutional clients. This bank operates under several brand names ČSOB, Era, Poštovní spořitelna. The practical part of this thesis is based on a questionnaire that should give the true pic-ture of the current situation in the bank. Based on the obtained data a measure to im-prove the current situation in the organisation has been proposed. Part of the proposed measure is also a financial calculation from which we can read the specific amount that would have been paid in case of the inclusion of this measure into the organisa-tion´s system. The measure has been presented to the organisation´s management which thinks about it.

The aim of this thesis is an analysis of personnel activities in a selected company, evaluation assessment, and the proposal of changes to improve HR management. The theoretical part describes information which is obtained from literature sources. The selected company and its methods used by HR department are presented in the practical part of this bachelor thesis. The suggested changes to improve individual HR activities are introduced after the evaluation of this analysis.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe human resources management and its relation to corporate culture of selected company with the help of the specification of critical dimensions of corporate culture. The theoretical part of this thesis describes human resources management, corporate culture and cultural dimensions in knowledge economy. Quantitative and qualitative methods are used for research in the practical part. VSM 94&2013 questionnaire is used as a primary method. Additional methods are observation, analysis of company's documents and unguided interviews. On this basis are suggest changes that should shift a corporate culture of a firm to a knowledge economy. Well adjusted corporate culture helps to improve the area of human resources management.

This thesis deals with theme of Human Resources information systems, sub domain of information systems. Focus of theoretical part of this work is to familiarize reader with term HRIS, its history and evolution, define importance for organization and its environment. Define and critically evaluate its benefits for organization, typical users of HRIS and architecture models, find, evaluate and discus present and future trends. Practical part is focused on solving present situation in real organization that has issues with its HRIS and IT/IS support of HR processes. Main goal of thesis is critically evaluate status of firm and recommend best solution. Findings from theoretical part are applied to analyze and evaluate needs of organization. At the end, recommendation is stated.
