X-ray computed tomography fluoroscopy simulation
Bainar, Petr ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Drastich, Aleš (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a simulator of image reconstruction during x-ray computed tomography fluoroscopy. Apart from quantitative evaluation of particular imaging process parameters influence, the intended program application will lie in optimization of these parameter values. Introductory part is focused on brief theoretical description of x-ray computed tomography imaging process. Emphasis is placed on fluoroscopy-specific approaches, particularly the division of scanned projections into chosen amount of sectors as well as fluoroscopic imaging process evaluation methods. The subsequent part deals with program implementation and its limitations and sketches the possible working framework. Moreover, one of the chapters is devoted to optimization of imaging process parameters measurement. The final part aims at impact analysis of particular process parameters as well as fluoroscopic imaging process optimization approaches. The thesis consists also of a didactic simulator enabling real-time intervention simulation with manual instrument manipulation. Since both simulators are intended for teaching purposes, the thesis is supplemented with a laboratory exercise draft.
Phone line simulator
Vítek, Jiří ; Vařacha, František (referee) ; Prokeš, Aleš (advisor)
This master’s thesis is focused on the problems of designing telephone lines which are 7 km long with a step of 1 km. The thesis contains a detailed description of the basic parameters of metallic transmission lines. There is also briefly mentioned the issue of interfering the transmission lines. The main part is devoted to a system design of artificial lines connection, including printed circuit board design. The next section deals with a design of prototype controlling. The last part verifies the activity of implemented artificial lines.
Ingelligent Import of OSM into the Traffic Simulator TRASI
Muzika, Dávid ; Klusáček, Jan (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and implementation of algorithms for import maps into the simulator TRASI. These algorithms are capable of import map from map portal OpenStreetMaps to the simulation environment. The work deals with adjusting the internal structure of the imported intersections, so that their structure was correct according to the rules of traffic. The work deals with the design and implementation of differential evolution for the design of the structure of intersections.
Design and Testing of Stochastic Navigation in Traffic Simulator TRASI
Erben, Vojtěch ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and implementation of routing algorithms in trafic simulator TRASI. These algorithms are capable of planning vehicle's route by giving a set of crossroads that vehicle needs to go through. Furthermore, this work deals with design and implementation of stochastic navigation including implementation of communication between vehicles. Stochastic navigation suggests several alternative routes based on a traffic event. From these routes is randomly (stochastically) choosen one based on information about the throughput of particular found routes. In the introduction of this work is described the traffic simulator TRASI, it's user interface and basic control interface. Further is described theory of traffic flow on macroscopic and microscopic level, followed by the descripion of algorithms for oriented graphs traversal and their implementation in the simulator. In the following parts of this thesis is described communication layer, that takes care of the communication between vehicles, and it's implementation. Further is described design and implementation of stochastic navigation. In the final chapter is done verification of the functionality of the simulator and tests of particular routing algorithms.
Digital radiography- image processing simulation
Lamoš, Martin ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Drastich, Aleš (advisor)
This paper describes a MATLAB application with the main purpose of the simulation of noise components and noise elimination methods of Digital Radiography. The main parts of simulator are the model of a scene, procedures for loading the noise components to image data and methods for image processing. Various methods are employed depending on the type of noise. Subtraction techniques are used for the elimination of structural noise. The physical noise suppression is obtained using several methods of cumulation and Pixel Shift is used to reduce motion artifacts caused by the existence of moving noise. The techniques of superposition highlight the areas of interest in an image. Included are also auxiliary procedures for simulator running and presentation of final data. The model and the presented application can be used mainly for educational purposes as a powerful didactic tool.
Carrier Frequency Generator for Portable Radar Signal Simulator
Filip, Martin ; Raida, Zbyněk (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis and solution source for carrier frequency generator for portable radar signal simulator. This simulator is tunable in the frequency range from 2 GHz to 18 GHz and as it´s frequency source generator is used YIG oscillator for its very high frequency realignment. Simulator provides output power up to 1W on the SMA connector which can be connect to internal antenna by using jumper cable. To achieve this output power will be used by semiconductor amplifier.
Performance of Anchor-Free Localization in Wireless Sensor Network
Nováček, Aleš ; Morávek, Patrik (referee) ; Šimek, Milan (advisor)
Many applications that use senzor data from a wireless senzor network require corresponding node position information as well, information from the senzors is useful only if node location information is also available. There are many ways to get information about location of senzor, but some are expensive and inefficient. My work presents fully decentralized algorithm AFL (anchor-free localization) for localization of wireless sensors. Aim of my master´s thesis is to describe main features and advantages of AFL and to create program that simulates localization process.
Testing platform with 3 dof
Spáčil, Tomáš ; Houfek, Lubomír (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
This thesis deals with development and construction of parallel manipulator with three degrees of freedom whose assumption of usage is testing tanks for NH3. In this work we are going to investigate the design of the mechanism in Matlab Simulink. Design of the electronic is introduced and also the control program is developed. The result of the work will be a prototype of manipulator.
Implementation of type traning in FTO
Chromek, Petr ; Imriš, Pavel (referee) ; Šošovička, Róbert (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to cover in detail the procedure for getting TRTO status. There are given certain steps from necessary requirements for obtaining the Certificate and keeping it, to circumstances that can cause its expiration. The course itself is described for Super King Air B200 aircraft and type rating plans are made.
Implementation of a operating software for manipulator Mini-Swing
Pražák, Ondřej ; Hejč, Tomáš (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
The bacheleor thesis deal with operation of the robotic manipulator Mini-swing with three controlled axes. An application was designed to control the movement of the whole manipulator with the option of entering different working points. Furthermore, a real-time controlling application was designed in order to control the individual motors of the manipulator. Both applications are implemented in NI LabVIEW environment and they are able to communicate with each other with the help of shared network variables.
