Condensing Steam Turbine

Diploma thesis named Condensing steam turbine deals with heat scheme balancing computation of condensing steam turbine K55 and her design. This turbine with 5 unregulated take-offs and overpressure blading type, is computed with (c_a/u) method in the middle of blading diameter. Regulation degree is chosen with impulse blading and feet cross section is checked on durability. At the end of the thesis turbine consumption characteristic is derived from the zero output up to the nominal output. Integrated part of this thesis is conceptional design of longitudal turbine section.

The subject of this thesis is building and technological project of new office building of the company Esko-T in Trebic. This work technological prescription monolithic frame, inspection and test plans, design mechanical assembly with the deployment of the machines on site, photographs wider transport links nearby buildings, Occupational safety and health, environmental protection, design cell site equipment, contract work, documentation broader transport relations, building equipment, store site cells at the site, the crane card, schedule deployment of machine-schedule construction site, object work schedule, balance and repair workers drawing project documentation, itemized construction budget, energy consumption on site and price compared monolithic and prefabricated skeleton.

The company controlling utilization

This Master´s thesis deals with the controlling utilization in concrete company. Diploma work specifies definition of controlling and its place in management system in the theoretical part. Next chapter analyses situation in the company and defines the problems. The aim of the Master´s thesis is suggestion of solving these problems. Balanced Scorecard is used on the determinate problem of strategic controlling. Then in the thesis is recommended creation of financial analysis and system of financial indicators.

Trends in Access Networks

This work deals with the modern trends in FTTX, but mainly focuses on FTTH, who represents the connecting of fiber to the homes of the participants. Sum up the basic problems of communication on the optical fibre, followed by comparison with other types of access networks. Another part is the analysis of the problems of construction and a description of the optical network topologies and technologies used in FTTH. In following chapter are characterized active and passive elements forming AON and PON networks. Next part deals with the study of the most common services that can be on the optical access network to operate. They are mainly associated with the TriplePlay services. An integral part of the project is the study of management and supervision optical networks. In the main part is created real model situation where is the requirement for the creation of optical access networks with broadband of TriplePlay, followed by selection of appropriate options and detailed project with a selection of active and passive elements with economic balance.

Dining Outdoors

Feasting which contains plates, cups, cutlery, quilt and canvas bags as a cover. Bags are made for cyclists, pedestrians and easily used for more demanding users with car. Set is designed for 4 people. QUILT, shape is proceed from square, place for feasting is moved from center of quilt to the longest side on edge. Users are closer together and still can see each other in conversation. Place for feasting is highlighted with colored rubber segments which also help balance surface. PLATES are made from two parts - dinner plate and soup plate. Inside the soup plate is space for cutlery storage. CUTLERY is consisted of desert spoon, fokr and knife. All these three parts have a groove which is enabling fix cutlery together. CUPS, shape is proceed from accidence of hole project. There is a small point on the outside which helps to use the cup out of the quilt without capsizing of drink. This point is designed for sticking in the ground. BAGS have classic oblong cut, they are designed for easy use for cyclists (2 pieces). It is consisted also strap for pedestrian. There are two smaller pockets for set of plates and set of cups inside one of the bag.

Some lift devices are machine devices, with their support we can transfer some weights, hanging or fixted on supporting members, vertical or horizontal movement on designated place in restricted space. Some lift devices are classified after operating principle, travel distance and basic construction of the tree groups. This thesis solve proposal basic parameters lift, proposal cable mean, cable drum, guide and balancing block, including strenght calculation of cable drum and centric cog. Integral part of is also draft propulsion machinery, selection gear-box with brake and draft bearing for deposition centric cog of cable drum.

Alexander von Zemlinsky ( b, 1872, Vienna - d. 1942, New York) is one the personalities rediscovered personalities rediscovered in the last decade. By the time of his death in exile in the USA he had been totally forgotten as composer, and nobody would have guessed that, within three decades, a wave of interest in the art of the turn of the century would rise which would bring his music to life again. Personally and artistically, Zemlinsky belonged to the circle that formed around Gustav Mahler and Arnold Schoenberg.He spet over half of his life in Vienna. It was there that he studied at the conservatory and later worked as conductor. In 1911 he became head of the opera of the New German Theatre in Prague, and one of the leading figures of the city´s nusical life in the following sixteen years.In the theatre, his Mozartean performances became legendary, and at concerts he earned renown for his accounts of Mahler symphonies. In 1927, Zemlinsky left Prague for Berlin to return, after the Nazis´advent to power, to Vienna, which he quit in 1938 for the United States. He never intergrand fully in the new milieu and the one-time star of European musical life set within a few months. Unfortunatelly doesn´t exist any publication in czech lanquage. Measurement and Analysis of the Project Portfolio as an Part Measuring IT Company´s productivity

This diploma thesis deals with the measurement and analysis of the project portfolio as an integral part measuring company's productivity. The goal is to project a model for measuring and analyzing the project portfolios for a specific medium-sized Czech IT company, operating in development and software sales. The work is based on a theoretical basis for the concept of Balanced Scorecard and for operating company's productivity, focused primarily on the portfolio, project management and monitoring. The practical part identifies the strategic objectives of the company, concerning the project portfolio, and arranges them into perspectives on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard concept. It also analyzes the way of monitoring the implementation of strategic objectives and determines in which phases the monitoring objectives are pursued. Further step is the definition of indicators and their attributes. Metrics are compiled of these attributes and a structure is projected for a presentation of metrics. Metrics are logically arranged so that the users are provided with information-based decisions and are arranged to find the causes of results the metrics show. The thesis has three main outputs. Firstly, it is a list of goals arranged to the Balanced Scorecard structure and identification of mutual structures among the objectives in the strategic map. Secondly, it is a model of parameters and metrics for managing project portfolios that can be applied to companies with similar characteristics, such as the company for which the model is implemented. The final outcome of this work is the implementation of the projected solutions in the Microsoft Business Intelligence.

Economic analysis of a chosen company

The Master's Thesis includes an economic analysis of the company Pivovar Rohozec, a. s. for the period 2007 to 2012. The main goal of this thesis is to find out an achieved financial health of the brewery and also how the firm is compared with the competition. The thesis is divided into two parts, it begins with a description of the methodology, continues with the practical part, where the economic analysis of the Pivovar Rohozec, a. s. is performed. The aim of Marter's Thesis is to apprise the balance rules, the financial analysis, the effects of financial and operating leverage, the Economic Value Added (EVA) indicator, evaluate indexes for prediction of bankruptcy and creditworthiness and also the inter-company comparisons.

Intimate literature of Teresa de la Parra

The diploma thesis follows work and new literary approach of the authoress Teresa de la Parra. It deals with the political and cultural situation in her environment, it tries to delimit her position in between women of Hispano-American literary scene, as are e.g. Alfonsina Storni, Gabriela Mistral or Victoria Ocampo, and at the same time it tries to manifest the "divergence" of her literary output. It deals with the problematic of woman's position on both thematic and sociological grounds, so as to subsequently explain authoress' view of this whole issue and of surrounding society in general. The main aim of this work is the analysis of authoress' both novels (Ifigenia, Memorias de Mamá Blanca) and at the same time as deep as possible portrait of this Venezuelan authoress who is almost unknown nowadays.
