Graphemics in the German Documents of Kutná Hora in the Period before the Hussites (1395-1420)

10. Summary In the area of Bohemia affected the German colonization in the 13th century the development of Czech and German language. The central Bohemia was under mining German colonist's influence, especially in Kutná Hora, in the historical medieval mining town, which became the second most important and the most powerful town in the area of Bohemia in the Middle Ages after the capital city Prague/Praha. The central theme of the dissertation is Graphemics in the German Documents of Kutná Hora (German: Kuttenberg) in the Period before the Hussites (1395 - 1420), in German: Der Schreibstand der Kuttenberger deutschsprachigen Urkunden aus vorhussitischer Zeit. The dissertation dealing with graphemics of twelve medieaval documents from Kutná Hora, of which original are deposited in the repository of municipal archive in Kutná Hora. I chose this theme because of my relation to this town, in relation to history and to privileged distinctive position among others medieval cities. Ethical dimension of New Labour's foreign policy, 1997-2001: the case of international trade in arms

The aim of this thesis is to examine two main hypotheses, which are closely related to the ethical dimension that was for the first time introduced in 1997 by the then Minister of Foreign Affairs, Robin Cook. Firstly, the work seeks to explore whether New Labour fulfilled obligations relating to its ethical dimension. These commitments are determined by the Western world's generally accepted values such as freedom, tolerance, democracy and justice. They are also determined by government statements and speeches. Secondly, the work is trying to determine whether the implemented policy differed from that of the previous administration of Conservative Party. The fulfillment of these hypotheses is examined in the area of the international arms trade. The time is defined by the first term of the Labour Party government between the years 1997 and 2001. Since the work deals with a large number of primary sources its basic method is analysis.

Legal consequences of human gender-reassignment

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the issue of legal recognition of gender reassignment and its relation to human rights. First, it provides an overview of legislation that deals with this topic. It also contains the definition of gender identity, transsexualism and transvestism, development of transsexualism in the Czech Republic and the actual phase of a complete surgical sex change and of an administrative sex change, which includes alteration of personal data, documents, and especially changes to the personal identification number, to which this thesis is mainly focused. Sex change is also related to the termination of marriage, issues of personal status of human and property and family relationships.

Consumer protection under administrative law

Resume The subject of the thesis is consumer protection from the viewpoint of administrative law. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the definition of the consumer relationship as well as the term of the consumer and the service provider that are the key entities of the aforementioned relationship. It is necessary to say that not only public but also private legal regulations are applicable to consumer protection. For this reason, comparison between public and private law is valid in the wording of the thesis. In addition, the thesis defines reasons for the necessity of public regulation with respect to this area and points to the fact that there is inequality in the consumer relationship by means of at least a brief specification of means and types of legal protection sufficient for the respective explanations. The institutional provision of public protection of the consumer is covered in an independent chapter where I focused in more detail on the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and the trade offices, namely due to the fact that the second part of my thesis covers the public duties supervised and possibly sanctioned by the aforementioned bodies of the state administration. The efficiency in public administration and its measurement

This bachelor thesis focuses on measuring the effectivness of output in public administration. The first part describes public administration and the terms associated with it. Public administration focuses on good governance and smart administration and these targets are fulfilled by the values of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. To reach these targets it´s necessary to find and implement methods that help improve efficiency. Last but not least it´s crucial to measure the overall change in efficiency. The fundamental part of this analysis focuses on the following two selected methods, the benchmarking and the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) method. The methods are assessed by their strengths and weaknesses based on questionnaire surveys and comparing the results of the individual methods. Each of the monitored methods are different and both methods have their advantages and disadvantages. In conclusion we can say that the method of benchmarking has greater predictive value.

Geography of the Local Region (using Ricany as an example)

The theme of this thesis is Local Region in Education at Primary Schools in Ricany. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with changes in education and their influence on teaching Geography: how the methods, forms of education and topics have changed. There is also a description of how the local region is included in education. There is a description of the local region, and possibilities of using the "local region" topic in education. At the end of the first part there is the summary of general objectives of teaching local region topics. The second part offers worksheets. There are four worksheets for children with the topic Local Region Ricany. There are four different problems in the local region. In the first worksheet the question is: How to demark the local region? And in which administrative unit of the Czech Republic the local region is included? The second topic is the traffic location of the local region. The third one is about suburbanization and its problems and the last topic is the creation of tourist guide for different groups of tourists. This thesis deals with company design. The goal is to explain all relevant aspects, especially from company design project point of view. Practical case study of realization of company design project in company Filamos s.r.o. is a part of this thesis. First part explains the term company design, discusses its introduction in a company, administration and its changes. It deals with this term also in context of company identity or image, especially its line up to information strategy. Second part deals with preparation and realization of company design project in company Filamos s.r.o. while practical part deals above all with methodology of this project. The output of the project, "Graphical manual" of the company Filamos s.r.o., is attached.

Trade business in the Czech Republic

The objective of my work was to describe trade business in the Czech Republic and to resolve issues associated with the trade business. In my work I focused on the impacts following the more complex amendments of The Trades Licensing Act, implemented by the Act no. 130/2008 Coll. The first part of this work deals with the legal regulations of trade business, it also defines the basic concepts of trade activities - the term trade business, subjects, types and conditions of trade business and other. Next I focused on the characteristic of trade licence, its creation, alternations and termination. I mentioned the Trade Register and the rate of actual administrative charges, which must be paid for the acts of the state bodies. The important part of my work describes the state control of trade business. At the end of my work I focused on the trade business for the foreign persons in the Czech Republic and after it I summarized the knowledges gained and expressed my opinion of the trade business issues.

Title of Doctoral Thesis Analysis of radiolabeled hyaluronic acid and its metabolites in biological material The presented dissertation thesis deals with an optimization process of radiolabeled techniques and the following analysis of radioactive HA in biological material. Theoretical part include basic information about physical, chemical and biological properties of HA, and its function and degradation processes in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, there are described analytical methods for the determination of HA, and also some of the most employed radiolabeled techniques of HA and its derivatives. Last but not least, there are summarized all the latest knowledge about biodistribution and pharmacokinetics of HA after intravenous, or topical administration, etc. In addition, we can also find there the most often medical and cosmetic application of HA. The problematic aspects of financing of cities and minucipalities in the Czech Republic.

In 2000, respectively 2003 the Czech Republic finished the first and the second stage of public administration reform, which is closely linked with the issue of public financing, especially the financing of municipalities. This diploma thesis analyzes the problematic aspects of the financing of municipalities in the Czech Republic in terms of the status of municipalities in the political system. Municipal budgets are the means by which local governments fulfil their objectives, policies and ensure the development of their municipalities. It is a highly topical issue. Political leaders of local authorities are not due to play the differing roles and provide different level of public services, united in the opinion of the form of financing of local budgets. Municipalities do not have such a strong unified voice in ensuring its priorities. These different interests are reflected in the programs of political parties. The question of financing municipalities would probably disintegrated ODS and TOP 09 together with STAN in the coalition in cas of the absence of other contradictions.
