The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of new sports and cultural centre Otradov. The dominant feature of the complex objects stands and multipurpose hall. The building is architecturally designed with an effort to fit in too much of rural architecture. Multipurpose hall has two floors, one third roofed flat roof, two-thirds of the roof ridge. The core system is aerated concrete blocks. The building is two-storey grandstand with the carrier deck. Roofing is solved by means of broken wooden beams. Sanitary facilities is dealt wall system and roofed shed roof. Athletics track, the surface of the polyurethane mixture designed for sports.

This thesis deals with the design of a pneumatic facing machine used to dress pavement surfaces aesthetically and anti-slip-wise. The introduction describes the general overview and examples of pavement. The second part deals with the analysis of the machine and its technical specifications. Further parts contain proposals for the pneumatic circuit, paint system and functional calculations. The drawing documentation has been prepared to the extent of manufacturing drawings and sets.

Proposal emphasizes layout of linked to ensure the technical design, structural, fire safety, protection against noise, energy saving, safety in use. Work is performed in an electronic format using AutoCAD and Microsoft Word (PDF Creator).

WHAT TO DO? Conversion of industrial premises, Brno - Obřany

The name of the project prompts the problems of legacy of industrial premises. The goal of my work was to consider, how to use the buildings in the premises in Obřany, Brno. The aim was on the most important object – former building of Essler’s spinning factory, which was supposed to be turned into school of architecture for one hundred students in two school years. The work aims on connection of the area with the city. It solves objects themselves, tries to find accurate usage of them, for example commersial premises, student housing and so on. All this is united with the concept of „union“, which goes throught the whole area and tries to create simple a most of all plesant public places. The school – building of former spinning factory – disclose it’s strenght in it‘s open space, when the whole structure of the building is visible. I came from this conviction into my project, that agreed with my image of open shool. I wanted to design a school, where students could create together, where they would have review of the whole space, about other students. Tuitions would become public matter, where everybody could join.

Development of Apartment Complex - Block F, Stage 2 "Díly za Svatým Jánem" in Kuřim, interior and finishing work

The bachelor thesis deals with the inner and finishing works in a apartment building – block F. New building is located in the village Kuřim, in its part „Díly za Svatým Jánem“ on the street Metelkova. The building is located on plot number 2642/431 and it is a new building with twelve flats. The interior and finishing work consist in the design of plasters, flooring, drywall works, painting and assembly works. This work deals mainly with the plaster design. The plasters will be made from the plaster core, the inner stucco or there can be used the other superficial treatments.
