Business Plan

The graduation thesis deals with the evaluation of the individual entrepreneur's business plan. To decide whether a project is accepted or not, was drawn up a detailed business plan, sometimes referred to as a feasibility study. The theoretical part discusses the purpose of the business plan, elaborates on the basic essentials of the business plan, the form and the principles of treatment. Based on a synthesis of findings from the literature the author further elaborates on some of the tools of managerial and economic practises and their applicability in the business plan. The aim of the theoretical part is inter alia to provide guidance to anyone who is processing the business plan without necessity of studying comprehensive literature. The practical part already specifically deals with author's business plan. On its basis it should be possible to decide whether to implement the plan. It is specific narrowly focused Internet project. The methods used to evaluate the project revealed the potential of the project and simultaneously pointed out to the potential risks. The entire business plan then finds the image in the used modern approach to the evaluation of investment projects -- the Monte Carlo simulation.
Use of the feasibility studies in the EU projects financed by structural funds

The bachelor thesis aims on the practical use of the Feasibility Study in the projects supported by the European Union. Theoretical part presents the regional policy of the EU and current financial resources available for the Czech small and medium enterprises. It focuses on the importance and structure of the feasibility study, which is part of the applicant's project application. The analytical part of the thesis describes three real studies from three different Czech companies - SMEs operating in the printing industry. The applicants co-financed their projects from the operational program OPPI, subprogram ICT in enterprises. The bachelor thesis analyzes the impact of the feasibility study on the implementation of individual projects. The main goal of this work is to answer the question whether the information included in the feasibility studies describing the progress of the project corresponds to the real situation during the implementation.
Analysis of luxury trains and their feasibility study in Europe

The aim of the Master thesis is to analyse the functioning and operations of so-called luxury trains (trains of the Orient-Express-type) and to apply the findings to a concrete example of such a train. The theoretical part deals with the railway transport in the Czech Republic, with a special focus on irregular transport and specifics of the functioning and operations of luxury trains. An overview of the most known luxury trains of nowadays in Europe and all over the world is also a part of the theoretical background. The empirical part analyses the concrete example of a luxury train in a feasibility study. The thesis is based not only on theoretical literature and information from electronic sources, but also on personal consultation with experts on railway transport and luxury trains in the Czech Republic.

A Study of the Feasibility of a chosen Health Project

Thesis and feasibility study that addresses the viability of a construction project to build housing for the care of the elderly and senior citizens of Usti nad Orlici. The study examines all the necessary aspects surrounding feasibility of the project and in particular, the results of market and economic analysis including personnel and staffing. The thesis concludes with a summary indicating feasibility or non feasibility of the project.
Analysis of economical efficiency of Rural development program subsidies in selected agriculture business

The essence of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of investments supported from the Rural Development Programme in the selected farm. A number of investments has been solved now, some practical highest investment firm, to invest in biogas. The evaluation of investment effectiveness were compared assumptions when planning an investment of information resulting from the two-year service biogas. It was also based on selected indicators, assess the implementation of the objectives and programs.

The proposal of dark tourism development project

The main focus of my diploma work is on putting forward a proposition to develop the Dark Tourism and develop a study whether the project may be vitable of the following aspects such as financial point of view, law of supply and demand, human resoures etc.. The "Museum of execution" was proposed and became the main point in the diploma work. Having carried out all the aspects of the feasibility study, this project was acclaimed as realistic and vitable.
Evaluation of the project financed from public funds - grants for the reconstruction of public monuments

Work deals with public monuments. The theoretical part includes the definition of cultural monuments and examines the legal regulation and economic impacts associated with them. The practical part is a feasibility study for grant which have already been asked by the civic association Vítkův Hrádek. Objective of the study is to serve as a guide for making a feasibility study on the application for grants for other projects.
Analysis of the project application and feasibility study of an unapproved program OPPK

The aim of this work is to evaluate the project application and feasibility study, which was made in the Operational Programme under the priority axis OPPK 3.3 Innovation business under the name "The efficiencies in production, rental and operation of information systems", which was not approved. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief presentation of the European Union funds and the definition of financial indicators used in the evaluation of the merits. The practical part is to find formal and informal mistakes committed by the application processor, and processing of proposals, including recommendations, which would be more suitable under given conditions. Added value of this work is to identify deficiencies of the above mentioned feasibility study and project applications. These will serve as background and guidance for avoiding similar mistakes when writing other projects in the program OPPK
