Dopad Průmyslu 4.0 na řízení dodavatelských řetězců

With an increasing globalization and cross-border trade the international logistics services started to play one of the key roles in the whole business chain. The Industry 4.0 brings new possibilities for companies to update the supply chain activities by implementing new technologies and systems. The aim of this work is to show the real impact on supply chain activity from implementing the new industrial revolution features, like Internet of things, Cyber-physical system, augmented and virtual reality, autonomous robots and cloud computing. With a help of three companies, Bosch, DHL and PwC the work will analyses the changes in supply chain procedures and various systematic digitalization of activities within the whole industry. Firstly, the theoretical part describes the logistics and supply chain scope of activity and the impact on business of companies among the international trade. Secondly, the Industry 4.0 creation and description will be providing in order to have a better understanding about this revolution. Third, analyzing the three-mentioned companies activity we will focus on real implementation of technological features into the supply chain processes. The analysis is conducted based on secondary data.
Digitization of museums´ collections and its influence on the visitor

The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on digitization in museums of art in connection with a museum visitor. The first of three aims is to explain how the relationship between the museum and the visitor has changed and what changes have been made in the art museum activities due to the influence of modern technologies and the Internet. The second aim is to provide a comprehensive view of the digitization of museum collections, to specify the determinants of a successful digitization project, and to identify the problems that may arise during the digitization process. The third aim is to compare Czech and British approaches in selected areas and to outline possible improvements for future developments. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the development of museums, museum visitors, the experience of museum visits and museum presentation. The analytical part deals with the area of digitization, the digitization project and the problems that may appear during the process. The issue of copyright law, which is closely related to digitization, is also emphasized. In conclusion, a comparison of the Czech and British approaches to digitization and related activities is provided.
Lettering and the ways of implementing it in practice

The focus of this bachelor thesis is lettering as a very specific part of graphic design, which has been experiencing certain boom in the last couple of years thanks to its authenticity and generally thanks to the trend of returning to the values of hand made products as a contrast to mass production. First part of the thesis is focused on defining and clarifying some expressions related to lettering, such as hand-lettering, typography, calligraphy and modern calligraphy. It also describes different methods as well as the tools and media which can be used in lettering. At the same time, it approaches some of the basic rules and work processes, of which the process of transferring traditional hand-lettering into a digital form is mentioned in more detail. The practical part deals with a few primary areas in which lettering can be used, particularly selling designs through print-on-demand websites, databanks, intermediaries, custom work and finally, a self-owned online shop. Presenting practical examples, it tries to show advantages and disadvantages of these different areas. The main benefit of this thesis is in a united view on lettering as a stand-alone field and profession in which many designers have made their living.
The Uberization of banking in the Czech Republic

The thesis aim is to introduce, define and categorize new trends reaching a global finance World and assess and evaluate their impact on banking sector as a logical conglomerate of large market players. A key focus is paid on several recently appearing important trends such as digitalization, commoditization, globalization and uberization. Additionally; further objective targets emerging regulatory requirements directly related to overall banking industry. A final section analyses financial performance of banks registered in the Czech Republic.
Digitization Of Business Models In Car Transport

Transportation is undergoing major changes, which can be seen as a threat or an opportunity for incumbents. Nowadays, companies are focusing on reacting on market changes and on responding to a major question, which is how to serve an increasing demand for mobility with the lowest enviromental impact. There are few established companies on czech and global market trying to answer this question. The goal of the thesis is to show how these companies work. The main framework which has been used to serve the purpose is Business Model Canvas, which helps to display business models in a structured way. Based on this analysis, we can conclude that the 11 analysed companies would could not exist without the major progress in technology. Future of these companies strongly depends on a support they can get by cities and states. This thesis brings the first deep comprehensive reflection on this topic in Czech language.
Electronic Archiving of Accounting Records

This thesis describes a process of electronic archiving of documents in an accounting entity, it deals with preparations heading towards electronic archiving, legal requirements for this process and ways of its realisation. In connection to the topic of the thesis the theoretical part introduces the information technologies used in digitisation of paper documents and their further processing. Concerning the area of legislation this thesis describes laws and other legal regulations adjusting or affecting archiving in general and also in its electronical form. Last but not least, systems possible to use for archiving electronic documents are introduced in the thesis. The last section of the theoretical part addresses benefits, drawbacks and possible threats of electronic archiving. Practical part of the thesis consist of evaluation of a survey realized by electronic questionnaire among companies that provide archiving as a service on Czech market.
Digitization of Business Process Management

The aim of the present masters thesis is to create a guide, which leads small and medium enterprises to business process digitization. It is presumed that the enterprise has already implemented business process management on a certain level. The theoretical part of the thesis defines important terms and describes benefits and possible problems that are connected with the implementation of business process automation. The most important tools, methods and principles which help with the transformation of a business process to an automated process by ICT are described in the thesis.  Possible steps that can be made by a medium insurance company during the implementation of business process digitization are described in the practical part. Every step is demonstrated on a concrete example.  The thesis brings the reader a specific summary of knowledge of business process management and digitization. It creates a baseline for a guide of implementation of intern processes of the company.
Analysis of the business model, web application.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the business model of the web application to assess and design the MVP (minimum viable product). The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the business model of the web application for assessment and design of a minimally viable product. The Web application has the ambition to become a global community platform that will be the standard for capturing, researching and preserving artifacts in a digitized form. Based on these goals, the bachelor thesis was divided into two theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part was defined the project, strategy and methodology that we will apply in the practical part. The Lean Canvas business model was used to meet the goal. With the description of nine complementary elements of the model, it will be possible to design a solution that could be implemented to create a minimum viable product. This conclusion was contributed by partial analyzes, with the main aim of knowing the targeted segment of users.

The first part is dedicated to describing the beginning and nature of Industry 4.0. Next part shows main national initiatives of several countries. In the other part of thesis there is specific description of terms connected to this concept. Next part is about evaluating benefits, risks and restrictions. After that there is description of present use on market. The last part sums some predictions about Industry 4.0.
Industry 4.0 - Readiness of engineering companies

The thesis determines development and current interpretation of term Industry 4.0. Which components of the concept Industry 4.0 consists of. Such as cyber-physical system, the internet of Things and services and Smart factory. It describes the state concept of Slovak Republic - Priemysel 4.0 as well as the current situation of the country. It defines the summary of the changes that are not just industry wise but also the society is heading to. Subsequently is elaborated SWOT analysis, which includes the strengths and weaknesses of the fourth industrial revolution as well as its main challenges and threats, which comes from the opportunities. The practical part focuses on the field of engineering industry. The finding of the thesis is, how selected engineering companies in Slovak Republic are prepared for transition to digitization and automation of production processes. And if they are heading in this direction in the future.
