This bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal amendment system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. Fisrt part of the thesis deals mainly with the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment of the employees and description theoretical possibilities generally. In the next part is defined in more dateil an analysis of the current statement by adequate methods. Last part of the thesis is focused on my own proposed of the solution systém of the rewardment of employees in the company.

It also deals with problematic employees who violate legal obligations. The bachelor's thesis evaluates the current situation of the employer in the area of labor-law relations and on the basis of the analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees the solutions are proposed which lead to the optimization of wage costs.

The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.

Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.

The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the remuneration of employees. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the internal and external surroundings of the company, the questionnaire survey and controlled interview. The last part deals with proposing measures to increase employee satisfaction.
Wage Discrimination in US Sports: Comparative Analysis

The issue of salary discrimination in the US sport has been a controversional topic, largely dscussed in the context of racial discrimination in American society. Numerous papers written in this field in the previous years investigated each of the US Major Leagues separately. This thesis provides a comparative analysis of wage discrimination in the Nationall Basketball Association, Major League Baseball and National Football League. The data on players' contracts for all leagues were collected based on 2015-2018 unrestricted free agents' signings with a different sample of players for each specific year. We created five unique datasets for the comparative analysis, including one NBA, two NFL and two MLB related samples, where the MLB datasets represent batting and pitching players, while the NFL samples refer to the players on the offensive and defensive positions. For the estimation of players' productivity, we considered the average performance statistics in three years prior to the first contract year. By adding dummy variables reflecting players' race into the regressions and applying the Ordinary Least Squares method we could compare the size of the wage premium paid to the representatives of the specific race. The main aim of this diploma is to suggest possible changes of the system of remuneration in chosen company on the ground of analysis and evaluation of given system. The theoretical part includes information needed to understand given issue. Reader is acquainted with individual wage forms, employees' benefits, job evaluation and structure of total reward. The practical part is focused on the system of remuneration in company HOCHTIEF CZ. At first the company is briefly introduced. Part of this introduction is description of development of basic economic indexes in the last five years. Then it is made analysis of company´s human capital. Next it is analysed current system of remuneration and evaluated questionnaire survey between company employees. In the end of this diploma there are suggested possible changes based on the analysis and evaluation of the system of remuneration in HOCHTIEF CZ and questionnaire survey, which could contribute to improvement of current the system of remuneration.
