Abstract My bachelor thesis The travel movement perspectives focused on the Královéhradecko and the Eagle mountains deals with a travel movement potential in the Eagle mountains and on the Královéhradecko area mainly with cycling tourism -- nowadays very popular -- and Hradec Králové has for it an ideal background. On the principle of the questionaire outcomes I can analyse what could be unambiguously characteristic for Hradec Králové and its surroundings, how the inhabitants are content with the living in this regional city and bring a city vision for its future period.

Using of sequential injection chromatography method for separation and determination of salicylic acid and triamcinolone acetonide in pharmaceutical preparation Triamcinolon-IVAX Pavel Holík Abstract A novel and fast simultaneous determination of triamcinolone acetonide (TCA) and salicylic acid (SA) in topical pharmaceutical formulations by sequential injection chromatography (SIC) as an alternative to classical high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed. A recently introduced Onyx™ monolithic C18 (50 mm × 4,6 mm, Phenomenex® ) with 5 mm monolithic precolumn were used for the first time for creating sequential injection chromatography system based on a FIAlab® 3000 with a six-port selection valve and 5,0 ml syringe pump in study. The mobile phase used was acetonitrile/water (35:65, v/v), pH 3.3 adjusted with acetic acid at flow rate 15 µl.s-1 . UV detection provided by fibre-optic DAD detector was set up at 240 nm. Propylparaben was chosen as suitable internal standard (IS). There is only simple pre-adjustment of the sample of topical solution (dilution with mobile phase) so the analysis is not uselessly elongated. Parameters of the method showed good linearity in wide range, correlation coefficient >0,999; system precision (relative standard deviation, R.S.D.) in the range 0,45-1,95%...

"The victim of one's victim" The process of victimization in William Faulkner's The sound and the fury

William Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury was written eighty years ago but is still considered a unique and a remarkable novel. It was published in the "annus mirabilis" (Andrews 251), i.e. the miraculous year of 1929, which introduced literary works of authors who changed the world of literature substantially. Ernest Miller Hemingway's war novel A Farewell to Arms influenced other representatives of one literary generation, i.e. the Lost Generation just as Virginia Woolf's A Room of One's Own and Faulkner's essential novel participated in the genesis of a literary movement: Modernism, or American Modernism, respectively. The difficult structure of Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury did not wait for first interpretations - it was discussed and analyzed the moment it reached the hands of critics, university professors and students. Scholars examined the peculiar specifics of Faulkner's style of writing as well as the tangled web of his meticulously constructed characters and his precisely arranged passages and chapters. Various aspects: his use of madness and sanity, his unique concept of time organized according to psychological rather than linear time, a stream of consciousness narrative, warped heroes, "disruptive female characters" (Roberts, XI) - all seen from the perspective of Faulkner's fictitious...

Beppo Fenoglio's novels

často charakterizován jako Závěr Beppe Fenoglio psal v období, kdy v italské literatuře převládal neorealismus; přestože bývá s tímto směrem spojován, je do tohoto období těžko zařaditelný, neboť jeho literární osud nebyl jednoznačný. Ve své práci jsem na toto chtěla poukázat a vytyčit, jakým smse Fenogliova tvorba ubírala. Jeho romány a povídky se vyvíjejí kolem dvou hlavních obsahových linií, venkovské a odbojové. V tvorbě s venkovskou tematikou je Fenoglio vázán ke svému kraji, Piemontu, a obzvláště ke krajině Langhe, do které je celá jeho tvorba zasazena. Proto bychom ho mohli považovat za autora především regionálního. Piemonťané ho také pokládají za svého autora, jsou na něho hrdí a jsou mu vděčni za to, že jejich kraj představil širšímu publiku. Ve svém díle autor vypovídá i o svém charakteru typického Piemonťana, který se přes hranice svého kraje příliš nedostal. Fenoglio se otevřel cizím vlivům intelektuálně, Anglie mu byla abstraktním vzorem. Život mimo Itálii nebo dokonce mimo Piemont by si Fenoglio ani jeho postavy nedokázaly představit, protože vazba k tomuto kraji byla příliš silná a niterná. Tématikou odboje se Fenoglio vyjádřil k problému, který zasáhl celou Itálii a přestože ho pojal velmi osobně, stává se tím autorem národním. Artephiletical approach in special pre-school

Jungmannová B., Artefiletický přistup v mateřské škole speciální Abstract The work deals with the topic of artephiletics utilization in special pre-school education. Its theoretical part examines the background of educational work in special pre-schools, and determines imperfections of the former as well as recent curricula at special education institutions. The practical part focuses on realization of artephiletical project both in common educational plan and afternoon voluntarily activities. The project examines the influence of colours on children's psyche and demonstrates that artephiletics is an appropriate and efficacious complement of work in a heterogeneous group for all-round evolution of children with various handicaps.

Linguistic analysis of V.P. Aksenov's novel "Ticket to the Stars"

Román v.P. Aksenova ,,zvezdnyj bileC vyšel roku 1961. Způsobem, jenž byl v SSSR nezvyklý, v něm autor zobrazuje mládež šedesátých let, která odmítá sovětské stereotypy, zaujímá k nim protestní postoj, zajímá se o západní hudbu, literaturu, abstraktní umění apod. Román však především vyvolal rozruch svojí experimentátorskou formou, jazykem, kterým byl napsán. Aksenov v románu užívá hovorový jazyk a často i slang mládeže. V dané práci bych se chtěla zaměřit právě na tuto stránku románu ,,zvezdnyj bilet", provést jeho lingvo-stylistickou analýzu obecně a dále se detailněji zaměřit na jazyk hlavních postav a jeho proměny. Domnívám se, že pouze na základě hloubkové analýzy výrazových prostředků je možné umělecký text pochopit. Podle I. R. After the disaster – the serialized pulp novel as a craft and an expression of internal dialogue. Morana or The world and its nothingness

The author analyses the prose work Morana čili Svět a jeho nicoty (Morana or The World and its Nothingness) which Karel Sabina published in 1874 under the pseudonym Arian Želinský, as an expression of his personal, philosophical and above all literary reaction to the “national court”, which unmasked him as a police agent and turned him into an excommunicated “traitor to the nation”. The objective here is to establish the manner in which Sabina reflected his private fall from grace in his literary testimony, working inter alia with the flood motif, which was inspired by the disastrous floods of May 1872, i.e. the way he reflected his internal discord in the external form of a conventional serialized pulp novel with an aristocratic setting, with mordant dialogue between various life truths.

Dept collection practices in The Czech Republic

The thesis deals with practical issues associated with debt recovery in the Czech Republic. Part I focuses on the theoretical background of claims. It identifies the origin, securing recovery, modification and termination of claims as well as an analysis of the most frequent methods used in practice in compliance with the effective legislation.
The theoretical issues stated above are applied in the analysis of claims of a specific trading company, here shown under a fictional name, ABC, s.r.o., the objective of which is to specify the advantages and drawbacks of claim administration and the debt recovery process based on the financial figures of the company in the period from 2010 to 2015. The analysis is focused on the development of selected indices in the monitored period as well as the differences which exist between claims from different types of company business.
Measures to reduce outstanding overdue debts are proposed upon the established results, the implementation of which should help improve the total financial standing of the stated company.
