Implementation of warehouses in Brno Podoli, alternative solutions envelope

This bachelor thesis deals with the variant solution envelope warehouse and office building in Brno Podolí. The first variant is designed as a skeletal structure with masonry infill made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong with external thermal insulation composite system. Also there are dealt with internal plaster and filling holes. The first variant includes technical report, technological specifications, the situation of building with wider relationships routes, bills of quantities, itemized budget, principles of organization of construction, technical report for site equipment, time schedule, design mechanical assembly, inspection and test plans, safety and health work, assessment of thermal cladding, drawing of site preparation and drawing details. The second variant is also designed as a skeleton construction, but as sheathing circuit will be used for facade sandwich Kingspan panels. Part of the second variant are the technological specifications, bill of quantities, itemized budget proposal mechanical assemblies, time schedule, drawing of the site preparation. Both variants will be compared in terms of time, financial, technology, machine designs and building equipment.

Scaffolding and videoprojection on the gallery floor act like challenge to watch videos from the right focus – from the top of the safoolding. Instalation should mostly force the audience to get in touch with situation, which is unbearable for someone, who is scared from the heights – acrophobic.

Diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of the implementation of the University Centre in Zlín. The work includes building technology study and subsequent construction technology project. In this thesis, the aim was to determine the time, financial and material demands of the project, choose the optimum process of construction, ensure BOZP, make the proposal buildingsite for the individual stages, the calculation of costs of site preparation and select adequate mechanical the assembly. It was drafted fire assessments of buildings.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction of a residential building The Erasmus Residence. This work includes a technical report of the issue solved, construction site installations of three phases of construction, which are groundwork, rough top construction and finishing. The work includes drawings of construction site installations for all these stages. The thesis also includes technological specification for thermal insulation systems including scaffolding construction, timing of construction, inspection and quality test plan and itemized budget.

Master thesis high-rack storage area spo - selected parts of ctp covers technological studies throughout the building, the construction division, building and engineering structures, preparation of normal technology, mechanical engineering time and financial plan. Also master thesis focuses more on building a major object of the building, which is the storage, dispatch and administrative part of high-rack storage area spo. Building on this subject is further developed such documentation and other documents that complement and prescribe requirements for faster, easier, safer, better and technologically accurate realization of this phase.

Construction of a multipurpose building

This Bachelor thesis deals with a technology of the rough upper construction of a fire station. The project of the machine set, the inspecting and testing plan, BOZP, the budget and the timetable are added to technological methods. I also worked out the technical report of the building sites facilities including drawings needed. The construction-technological solution of the supplemental thermal insulation of the fire station within the technological regulation, the heat technical assessment, the proposed location of the fasteners, the draft of final processing with respect of HBW index are also elaborated in this thesis. Variant solutions and the assessing of the suitability for using pipe and mobile scaffolding are incorporated as well.

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the execution of the envelope residential building Šemberova. It concerns realization of the ventilated façade. In this Bachelor's thesis, the building technological project contains primarily a model of the building site accessories, the technological process, the time schedule, the financial heftiness, the machines formation, the check and the test plan, the occupational safety, for these technological phases.
