The aim of my thesis Use of value engineering elements for the realization of buildings in the municipality is to compare the evaluation methods of procurement in municipality and evaluation methods using elements of value engineering. A tender for reconstruction Šubertovo square was realized in the city Dobruška. In the thesis is shown way of evaluation of competing offers of the city Dobruška itself in sublimit simplified procedure and evaluation of competing offers by selecting more evaluation criteria and selecting the best offer with the highest degree of effectiveness.

The purpose of this master’s thesis is to establish a common basis for company management, which could successfully implement and apply the value management in practice.

This thesis deals with the value analysis focused on the product. Attention is paid to its component - functional analysis - in connection with the method is introduced the issue of costing per product function. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge from the literature about the method of value analysis and the method of cost calculations of the product function. The application part concerns concrete application of theoretical knowledge to the manufacturing company. In particular, it deals with the issue of function specification and casting per elements of product. In conclusion, the solutions are proposed to optimize costs.

The goal of Master's Thesis is an identification of life cycle costs of vacuum cleaners. Next point is an analysis of these life cycle cost by using value analysis. The theoretical part is focused on definitions of Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and Value Analysis (VA). The practical part, which is fundamental, contains identification of life cycle cost of selected vacuum cleaners, life cycle costing of selected vacuum cleaners and their value analysis. Result of this Master's Thesis is an interpretation of the results and the suggestion of steps for consumers and producers of vacuum cleaners.

Machine renewal theory in conditions of small enterprise

The primary goal of this bachelor thesis is to apply machine renewal theory in conditions of small enterprise and from results of this application derive recommendations for co-operating organisation. Secondary goal of the thesis is to observe and comment specifics of such application in mentioned conditions. Methods used to achieve primary goal are value analysis and cost analysis. Both methods are used to describe current status with emphasis on used machinery and both methods are used to evaluate alternative suggestions which are judged according to difference in expected profits compared to current profits of company. Main outputs of this thesis are two recommendations for chosen company, one of them adressing the workplace safety and risks of malfunctions, the other one dealing with the possibility of expanding business by byuing the new piece of machinery.

Práca popisuje teóriu M. Portra, metodologická časť obsahuje popis jeho teórie hodnotového reťazca. Ako súčasť aplikačnej časti som sa rozhodol zhodnotiť daný podnik z pohľadu vývoja hodnotového reťazca podniku v čase. V bakalárkej práci je skúmaná fokálna stratégia podniku, upriamujúca pozornosť na nízke náklady. Teoretická časť obsahuje popis teórie M. Portra, ktorá je aplikovaná na výrobnú firmu Regada s.r.o., avšak s určitými obmedzeniami, ktoré podrobne popíšem v úvode aplikačnej časti. Tieto informačné obmedzenia som nútený rešpektovať a aplikácia Portrovej teórie na daný podnik spolu s definovanými cieľmi bakalárskej práce tomu zodpovedá.

Cílem práce je zhodnootit a porovnat hospodaření a finanční zdraví dvou dopravních společností. Teoretická část popisuje použité metody finanční analýzy - horizontální analýza, vertikální analýza, analýza cash flow, pracovní kapitál, zlatá bilanční pravidla, ekonomický normál, poměrová analýza, Du Pontova analýza, Hodnotové ukazatele výkonnosti, Altmanova analýza, indexy IN, Kralickuv rychly test. Praktická část zahrnuje informace o analyzovaných podnicích a aplikaci popsaných metod.

Certifikace, podněty k jednání s obchodním partnerem.
