The dissertation aims on marketing communication of the company Mikrofarma, s.r.o., especially on shop in the centre of Brno. Theoretical part contains knowledges from marketing mix focusing on promotion and instruments of communication mix. After that is elaborated analysis of communication mix of shop in centre of Brno and it´s compared to close competitors. Base on knowledge from analysis part are created suggestions to built up promotion.

This diploma thesis is focused on design changes that lead to optimization of company marketing communication in the field of electronic production. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical concepts, defining the basic concepts of marketing, marketing communication, analysis of external and internal environment. The author analyzes the current situation of the company and its marketing communication, in the second part. The third part presents proposals for measures and changes in marketing communication, which should lead to its improvement.

This diploma thesis deals with a marketing communication mix. The introductory part deals with theoretical background. In the second part, I focus on the analysis of the current company marketing situation. The concluding part deals with the proposal of a new communicative mix, the goal of which is to raise awareness about the brand and attract new customers.

My Bachelor Thesis will be focused on evaluation of financial situation at GTK, an s.r.o. company, using exclusive methods and financial analysis indicators. This report consists of defining and analyzing chosen solutions for the given topic with a financial analysis conducted based on theoretical findings which provides and interprets achieved results. The report concludes with resolutions to improvement of the current financial situation.

This bachelor thesis describes the process of a marketing procedure in case of a new method used in the product line in the medical field. The first part deals with the possible marketing tools. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current market supply and competitiveness of the products with the same target group. The third part includes the marketing plan for the launch of the product and its sales support activities.

Project Management and Optimization

This bachelor´s thesis with the topic "Project management and optimization" is focused on mediation services between german and czech and german and russian market and then to increase sales of firefighting spray application (plasters) produced in France and imported by PROMAT company. The main roles in this project have companies DOPOS HK s.r.o., COMETEC and PROMAT PRAHA. There are not any contacts from the russian side yet. In my thesis I´m going to analyze mentioned companies as well as home and foreign markets, I will describe the problems, which the companies see around, and by this project I will try to minimize this problems or clear them away completely to reach the target.
