Paddling Technique and Race Tactics on K4 over 1000m

Paddling technique and race strategy for K41000 m Aim: 1. Give complete information on proper execution kajakářského shot while riding Kayak Four. Trace the second best tactics to track 1000m, used representational Kayak Four crews in top international competitions. A method: ad 1. Qualitative overview of knowledge in the art of paddling a kayak. Description shot exploded basic phases. Synthesis of practical and theoretical knowledge discipline of K4. Ad 2. Analysis, the subject of which is a set of results top world races levels. We define variants waveform rate, that affect the explicit transformation (order ships in goal) and we find the relationship to the quality of results achieved various options strategies. Results ad 2 shows the most frequently used options strategies used in the discipline K4 1000 meters the world's best crews in recent years. Evaluation of investment project

This diploma work is intended for estimation of value of investment project in the field of special chemical industry. The theoretical part contains brief overview of existing classic evaluating methods and a description of relatively new real options method. The evaluation by itself consists of NPV determination and sensitivity analysis for input parameters. After that, there is an application of real options tool for evaluating of project's flexibility. The possible conclusion of this work is that real options are effective tool to apply in addition to classic methods of investment evaluation.

Contract for work in construction

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of contract of work in construction industry, especially the regulation contained in the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. I also focused on main changes connected with passing the new Civil Code and I clarified the essence of some new legal institutions. This thesis is divided into 9 chapters; some of them are further divided into minor sections. Besides that the thesis includes Content, Index of Abbreviations and Bibliography. First chapter focuses on setting the aim of this thesis and then the historical context of contract of work, its development from the antiquity to concurrence. Contemporary regulation of contract for work is being compared to the contract of purchase and I describe the essentials of contract for work, in particular contracting parties, their rights and duties and the subject of work. In the fourth chapter I focus on the finalization and disposition of the work, according to the Civil Code the work is finished only if it is proven that it can be used for its purpose. Next I analyze the price of the work and options that can be agreed by the contract parties in terms of the price and the payments. The firm strategy project of the company Gentech, s. r. o.

The aim of this thesis is (i) the introduction of the small company Gentech, s. r. o., which operates in building industry, (ii) the assessment of its current activities, (iii) the internal analysis of the firm, (iv) the analysis of the firm's industry and (v) the external macroenvironment (PEST) analysis. The internal analysis identified the firm's strengths and weaknesses and the external analysis revealed opportunities and threats. A profile of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats were generated by means of a SWOT analysis. An industry analysis was performed using a framework developer by M. E. Porter known as Porter's five forces. On the bases of the information from the environmental scan, they were outlined possibility options for the firm strategy which should be necessary for this small company to survive and prosper.

The development of the regulation and the supervision on the financial market focused on the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis focuses on problems of regulation and supervision over financial market in Czech Republic. The first part of diploma thesis describes briefly the Czech financial market and its main characteristics. The following four chapters evaluate main steps in the development of supervision and also its key inadequacies. According to the main segments of financial market these chapters deal with four markets -- capital market, banking market, insurance market and market of co-operative credit bank. In connection with the actual world economy situation, I mention the actual U. S. mortgage crisis, which is behind the turbulences on financial markets. The last chapter is dwelling on the integration of supervision over the financial market. In the Czech Republic four options of the institutional arrangement of integrated supervision had been comming into question, which are also considered in my thesis. On the basis of predominant advantages, the variant of full integration into the central bank prevailed. One of the aims of my diploma thesis is to analyse, whether this integration of supervision is advantageous for the Czech Republic and whether it brings better results than the earlier sector arrangement of the supervision.

The diploma thesis deals with licence contract for industrial property rights under conditions of international trade. The first part describes basics of the discipline called intellectual property rights and mutual relation to industrial property rights. Furthermore the thesis includes relation between licence contract for industrial property rights and other contracts governed by private law. The second part is concerned with licence contract itself, including relation to licence governed by copyright law. Last but not least it deals with option contract and so called know how licence.

By using the SWOT I want to find the opportunities and reserves in the operation of the above company. On the basis of these findings I'm suggesting the options for better business development of Building Society 'Českomoravská stavební spořitelna'.

Analyses and rationalization of reverse logistics within DHL Exel Supply Chain, Automotive UK

This diploma thesis has been created based on the demand of the management of DHL Exel Supply Chain and Swindon Pressings Limited to increase the efficiency and utilization of resources employed within they operations. The theoretical introduction part is first of dealing with the terms "logistics" and "supply chain management" in the perspective of their use in the contemporary logistics theory, comparison of their meaning (are there differences) and explanation of their use in this thesis. Subsequently I am explaining "reverse logistic" and its position in the structures of corporations and logistics itself. Supply chain management and the concept of lean manufacturing combined with the six sigma approach are, from my point of view, essential for today's supplier-customer relationships. That is why those topics are examined in the last part of the theoretical chapter. Returnable packaging and the transport process are key elements of the second part -- practical part, the reengineering of logistics processes which occurred at Swindon Pressings Limited. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the give problem, develop problem solving options and critically comment them. Finally choose one of the options, implement it and document the process of "going live".

This diploma thesis deals reconstruction of sanitation installations in an apartment building in Brno. It is a multi-storey building which is intended mainly for living. The theoretical part deals individual ways of preparation hot water in the apartment buildings. The experimental part deals measurement consumption hot water in the apartment building. Calculating and design part contains a proposal of sewerage system, piping system and linking up of the object on present engineering systems. The diploma thesis also focuses on possible options and re-quested specifics. The diploma thesis was arranged in accordance with present-day valid norms and regulations.

Further, it deals with issues of building operations assessment and explanation of relations for evaluation of economic efficiency of investment projects. In the practical part, it focuses on description of the planned development project and determination of its possible options. Then, they are analyzed and the most effective is chosen.
