Sauna and its importance for the health of University students

The theoretical part of this Bachelor Thesis covers an amount of erudite information about sauna, sauna methods, and how the sauna affects our health. The practical part consists of processing and evaluating the results of my question-form enquiry. The main task of this section is to establish the status of information for University students about the sauna, and especially in finding sauna attendance to gender, faculty and learner class. 170 probands participated on question-form enquiry, from that 117 women and 53 men. Based on this work, I discovered, that only a very small percentage of 170 students attend sauna regularly. Two research questions were confirmed, the third not.
Possibilities of the Receptive Music Therapy in the Treatment of the Alcohol and Drug Addiction

Bachelor thesis titled ?Possibilities of receptive music therapy in the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction? has a theoretical and empirical nature. My task was to find out whether would be receptive music therapy applied in a psychiatric hospital Cervený Dvur and if it would be helpful in the treatment in this facility. The theoretical part is aimed at linking music therapy with psychotherapy. It describes the problems of alcohol, non-alcohol drugs and their distribution. This section also focuses on the importance of music therapy and its types. The practical part is focused on my own experimental investigations related to application of music therapeutic program for a selected sample of clients. At the same time I did also monitor the response of professional staff to the ongoing experiment with six set of hypotheses that were subsequently identified based on analysis of data I did verify. Survey results confirm the feasibility of the music therapeutic program at the hospital Cervený Dvur.
Psychohygiene of the staff of helping professions in some institutions providing social service in the region "Pelhřimov"

Mental hygiene is the discipline that deals with developing and maintaining mental healt and preventing mental disorders and illnesses. It is a system of scientifically elaborated measures and instructions that help maintain, improve and restore mental health. Assistant branches and sciences are generally and undoubtedlly regarded as very demanding. The staff must meet high demands and be ready at all times to help others sort out their problems and difficult life situation. To keep their mental balance, these staff members should follow the principles of mental hygiene. The target of the diploma thesis at hand is to find out how an assistant employee subjectively assesses his or her workload and if they know how to tackle it. The thesis also aims at exploring particular measures of mental hygiene through which the staff cope with the workload arising from thein work. Before the survey was carried out, three hypotheses were formulated: H1: The employees in assistant positions in facilities providing social services in Pelhřimov region are aware of the degree of their workload, H2: The employees in assistant positions are informed about how to deal with workload, H3: The employees in assistant positions eliminate the workload through active and passive elements of mental hygiene. To complete the research part of the thesis, the quantitative survey employed questioning as the method of data collection using questionnaires as the technique. The survey was carried out in all 16 facilities providing social services in Pehřimov region. The research sample consisted of 224 employees in assistant positions in the said facilities. The research confirmed all formulated hypotheses. The research result can be made available to managements of facilities providing social services in order to serve as a stimulus for finding a more active approach to solving the issue at hand. Furthermore, the thesis might serve as a source of important data related to mental hygiene that may be distributed to all staff in assistant positions as well as to those who are interested in this topic.
Benefits and effects joga relaxation in different types of health problems

Bachelor thesis is focused on the effects of yoga relaxation and its influence on women health before and during menopause. The first part works with analysis of literature, such as yoga, its history, directions, and the inclusion of yoga into daily life and changes in the life of women, which brings Climacterium. The second - practical part is based on setting and aplication of interventional movement programme. The following research focuses on findings, whether the yoga relaxation is really able to influence particular health troubles and to bring women specific benefits and effects that make theirs lives pleasant and comfortable.
Health Education and Strategy of Mental Hygiene in Education Process.

My Bachelor Thesis deals with a subject of mental hygiene in the Czech Republic. The theoretic part focuses on actual health knowledge as a complex, and also its particular parts and influences which take effect on people. In the following it briefly characterizes psychological description of a group of adolescents. The practical part contains methodical mental hygiene educating plan created for secondary school students. Formation the programme as well as its results come from diagnostic methods - interventional method, questioning, observation, projective technique. The programme is based on 10 meetings and its result shows its high benefits even from short time education. There was students{\crq} expressive turnover in the way of self evaluation. They also rebuilt their values, expanded their knowledge and interpersonal relations acquirements and they got to know new options of active exercises.
Health Education and Strategy of Mental Hygiene in Education Process.

In my Bachelor Thesis I am dealing with a subject and form of mental hygiene education designed for secondary school students. This broad subject matter is introduced as a part of a healthy lifestyle and health education study prgramme. The theoretical part is focusing on collecting literary sources relating to this topic and describing Czech school background. The practical part contains applied methods as well as life rhythm and sleeping habits information of investigated group of students. Further we can find their needs and wishes. Thesis is resulting in guidelines for teachers and students which shall help not only to broaden mental hygiene knowledge but offer some practical skills to support the worth value of health and healthy life style.
Importance of coordinated P.E. activities during teaching nursery school children to be healthy.

The present work monitors controlled physical activity for children of preschool age both in terms of pre-school and in terms of family environment. The aim is to monitor the current level of physical activity and highlight the fundamental relationship of health education and healthy development of preschool children. Total attendance was 28 children of preschool age. Because of the feedback I have also addressed the 200 participants (nursery school teachers, parents). Based on my findings showed that teachers in nursery schools provide working children with high-quality physical activities. In terms of family background should be paid attention to physical activities and continue to highlight the problems in this area.
Sauna - one of the importance form of the sportmen´s regeneration

This thesis focuses on the importance of the sauna in the process of regeneration of active sports - ice hockey players. The aim is to describe the positive effect of sauna on the human body, specifically the musculoskeletal system and psyche. Furthermore, it clarifies the concept of regeneration, relaxation, fatigue and recovery. The practical part includes the processing and the evaluation results of a survey team in Carlsbad and Tabor team. The research focuses on the general frequency of using sauna in each team and then based on the different age groups. Further it explores the use of sauna in terms of reason and in terms of time.
Progression in Relationship of Parents to Child in the Prenatal Period

This work is engaged in a possibility to communicate and make relations of both parents to unborn baby. Main aim of this work is to point out the possibilities to form a positive relation of mother and father to baby in prenatal period. The result is that expectant parents who want to contact the baby can do much more than only caress a belly or speak to it.
Leisure Time Relaxation

Thesis deals with relaxing leisure. In the first circuit, I define nations of the way life, lifestyle, leisure and recreation. Then I build on the types of relaxation techniques, which are a large number. I chose the best known and most: autogenous training, progressive relaxation, breathing exercises, meditation and yoga. Most yoga I pay because it´s in today´s modern society widespread. Here is what is referred to yoga, what are the systems of yoga, its meaning, what is the aim of yoga and how yoga can work on health. The last chapter describes the selection of appropriate relaxation techniques, problem which may occur during relaxation
