This bachelor thesis deals with internal accounting directives of the Czech business company. First part includes theoretical basis for accounting directives, employees and remuneration of employees. In the second part of the bachelor thesis is introduced and analyzed the company Sezako Prostějov s. r. o. and it’s current directives. Third part is focused on creating an entire wage order for the company Sezako Prostějov s. r. o.

This diploma thesis deals with motivation and remuneration of employees. Theoretical part is focused on explanation of the terms in this issue. Practical part is focused on specific company Globus ČR, v.o.s. In the next part of diploma thesis processed a level of research of motivation of system of remuneration which will be made by a questionnaire survey and by semistructured interview. Based on those methods will be created suggestions which will help to set motivation plan and improve system of evaluation of employees in company Globus ČR, v.o.s.

Labor cost in a construction company

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of costs on the workforce in construction company. The purpose is to define costs for permanent employees and for external employees in specific construction company, known as a subcontractor. There are some concepts which are defined, such as wage, wage policy of Czech Republic, prices in construction, workforce. The following part compares if it’s convenient to hire these workforces or to have its own employees. There is a research of costs on individual workforces in the specific construction company In the end there is an evaluation of benefits of having its own employees or if it’s better to use more subcontractors.

Enterprise Wage System

This bachelor thesis deals with wage system in enterprise. Nowadays is very important to have a functional and fair the wage system. The system is analysed in chosen enterprise. The main purpose is eliminate the deficiencies and find out the solution. The evaluation is done through a questionnaire surve. Based on the results, a solution is proposed.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on improvement of wage systém and rewarding individual employees in I.A.N. TECHNIC a.s. Theoretical part of bachelor’s thesis contains knowledge of rewarding employees, motivation, rewards, external and internal factors acting on company. Analytical part focuses on economic situation of company, characteristic of employees, analysis external and internal envinronment a it finishes with questionnaire investigation and interview with head of a company. Proposal part is based on previous parts, which contains background to own proposal on ganges to the system of remunaration of employees.
