Design and virtual simulation of single-purpose machine
Zlámalík, Jan ; Husák, Michal (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This thesis aim is to design a construction of single-purpose machine that will serve as a coffee machine operator. The theoretical part describes the concept of the machine design and its functions. Then the individual components are selected based on the specified requirements. The practical part describes the machine design and simulation in Siemens NX software with Mechatronics Concept Designer package. A software solution for the ESP32 microcontroller is then developed for the real machine. This software solution is ready to be controlled from a hierarchical higher-level system. The function of the machine is tested using a test application developed for this purpose.
The study three-axle semi-trailers of the tractor used in agriculture
Molva, Martin ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis provides an overview of the tridem tractor-trailers, which today can be seen in the agriculture. The thesis is mostly focused on describing the main design components of which a modern trailer is composed. Another part includes the analysis of several domestic and foreign producers of agricultural vehicles. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to determining the technical parameters of given products along with performing a critical analysis of main and relative parameters. The most important data are summarized in the tabular layout.
Design of a forming machine for production of a stainless steel cup with follow die
Staněk, Michal ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
My dissertation describes the procedure and results of designing a single-purpose machine, which is designed for forming a stainless metal product from an initial semi-finished product. This semi-finished product is a 0.28mm-thick stainless-steel plate. The introduction of my dissertation outlines the evolution of the pulling technology in the Czech Republic and abroad and describes its further details. This research part also includes an overview of individual machines according to the CSN. The practical part is then further dedicated to the exploration of individual issues and requirements for designing the machine itself as well as designing the machine according to the requirements of the final pulled product.
Outisunlating cable one purpose machine
Dolinay, Jiří ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is especially design of main conception of one purpose machine for outinsulating of flat cables. Designed solution must implement basic requirements of outinsulating‘s quality. Part of this thesis includes also technical-economics evaluation of choosed solution and analysis of risks.
Design of a stent shaping unit
Václavek, Marek ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create a design of a single-purpose machine used to shape thin plastic tubes with the use of thermal processes. The thesis first focuses on research of industrial robots, which will be used as a basis for the selection of handling equipment performing key tasks within the machine. Based on the results of a multicriteria selection method, the selected industrial robot model is Epson VT6L. The following manufacturing processes were proposed according to the analysis of the reuirements: heating with the use of heating cartridges, cooling with water-cooled clamps and chilling in a refrigeration chamber with conveyors. The proposed techniques were formulated into a detailed design solution. A simulation of the robotic tasks was conducted in order to verify the trajectories of the robot and to estimate the cycle time of machine. The machine was assessed from the aspect of work safety and measures were proposed for selected sources of hazards.
Design of single-purpose machine for machining polyurethane castings
Sýkora, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a single-purpose machine for machining steering wheel lever from PUR. The problem with the current state was the need of manpower for machine a large number of levers. The automated machining process eliminates the problem. The result of the work is a detailed 3D model of a single-purpose machine created in the Onshape program, drawing documentation of several parts of the equipment, economic evaluation and risk analysis of the machine. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the whole project.
Design of composite isolator winder
Menšík, Martin ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is the construction of a single-purpose machine used for reeling of composite insulator. In the first part is described the technology of reeling completed by the analysis of used components. Based on the findings, the final constructional version with necessary calculations is stated. The result of this thesis is a 3D model of the chosen design together with drawings and calculations of given parts.
A design of single-purpose saw
Rakhmatullin, Artem ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the design of a single-purpose saw for cutting grooves on aluminum profiles. The work includes the examination of different types of saws, the examination of various design alternatives, the identification and selection of the most advantageous variant, the subsequent creation of a detailed design based on the chosen solution and a comprehensive evaluation of the resulting design. The desired result is a saw design that prioritizes factors such as ergonomic comfort, safety, precision and operational efficiency, ensuring a complete and efficient solution.
