This diploma paper contains a business plan for Jiří Hrubeš, which has been processed on the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge as the base for setting up his new business of cabinet-making, wood-carving and renovation and which is also supposed to serve as the basis for getting the needed start-up money support in the form of interest-free credit from support programme START. Being granted interest-free credit from the START programme, the hope for success of the project and its implementation in future is assured.

The aim of this thesis is to outline the problems of establishing a business and thus help readers to their future business ventures. It includes the content of the work taken up the issue of establishing a business, but only indicates the most important, without which we did not go to his creation. This work is also not a literal guide, as we should in fact do exactly, because the theory and reality sometimes differ, and therefore readers of this work is approached with detachment. During the preparation of this work I collected much valuable information, which is surely will use to establish their own businesses. This I consider to be the most valuable contribution and I hope the reader will appreciate my efforts to improve the overall business outlook and perspective on the business world.

Above all, it will be a financial plan that will show, whether the company is vital.

The first part of this thesis on "How to Establish a Company" describes the basic terms such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, enterprise and its surroundings. It lists the possible legal forms, highlights their differences, sums up relevant regulations, explains the basics of accounting and shows the common structure of business plans. The second part focuses on setting up an actual company specializing in "Repeated purchases". In the form of a business plan it discusses its organizational, marketing and financial aspects as well as describes actual steps leading to founding the company legally.

The establishment of a private English kindergarten

The bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis and estimation of the possible realization of a project. The project is an establishment of a private English kindergarten. The theoretical part deals with forms of business, possibilities of financing and with legislation connected with functioning of the kindergarten in Czech environment. The practical part is about application of the knowledge on this concrete business intention. Attention is paid to an analysis of the market, marketing strategy, as well as to estimation of expanse intensity of the project with relationship to its profitability. In the final part, the key factors that influence this intention are summarized in SWOT analysis. In the sake of weak points or threats, there are suggestions for improvements that can help achieve better probability of success and vitality of the project.
